I've started using Bright Pod since early September and it's been pretty cool. I like how the graphics and structure make it easy to identify things that have to be done this week and next week.

They have very helpful forums and walk you through every step. It is a nice way to track how multiple team members of my department are up do with out micromanaging.

Great for marketing teams, but lacks some integrations.

It's easy to use, provides good analytics and the customer service and openness to suggested improvements is fantastic.

This system is super easy to use, at this point I can add tasks with my eyes closed. I love the support we receive, always an answer almost instantly to any questions we have.

Of interest to consultants and freelancers, a great feature is the ability to track budgeted time, assign clients and attached team lead(s) to each pod.

As the owner of a small, but growing agency, Brightpod's price point and offerings are a great fit for my small business.

Everyone on the team picked up the software quickly and enjoyed the clean layout. It has made  organizing and collaborating much easier.

The scrolling on the pods can be a little annoying if it's a particularly full pod.

The best part is that it integrates with Google Drive and Dropbox making it quick and easy to transfer documents online.

Inability to move task lists into another pod so that all data, files, and comments go with it.

You have a full overview of everything that is going on and good tracking functionalities, great when you're dealing with different time zones and different clients.

I love that there is a collaboration tool like Brightpod that is so focused on marketing project details.

The main thing I don't like the fact that this software has no accompanying app.

If you hate project management systems, this is the one for you.

Easy to use, centralizes all of our projects, shows how much time is spent on each project, easy to track progress of projects.

Tracking project progress and time is the only thing this is good for. Heaven forbid you forget something and you have to start all over.

If you are a small company, the assigning of resources can be frustrating, as we are an all hands on deck organization, so resources are often double booked, which can create confusion in OpenAir.

The software is fairly streamlined to be able to move quickly and process recurring tasks in such a way that non-accounting staff can be comfortable in the UI too.

The drop downs didn't toggle well and data would have to be refreshed all together to get the correct information in the drop down in case you wanted to see a different client.

NetSuite OpenAir is an excellent solution that combines a comprehensive approach with convenience.

I like the ease of use, seamless integration with most major platforms, flexibility and value proposition.

Lack of integration to the project financials. We struggled with integrating the contract data into the project so we could track profitability real time.

Just a terribly put together application, I think it has potential but someone fell short of development.

The way to edit timesheets and projects, is a little bit confusing for someone who dealing with it for the first time.

The very worst thing about it is the astronomically high price. For between 15 - 20 users we were paying over $20K/year.

We had need to solve our revenue recognition and financial reporting and with NetSuite we did streamline the process and automated month-end closing process.

I like that it has the capability to integrate with things like Salesforce and Jira, making it easier for users to complete multiple tasks in one spot.

This software is perfect for time tracking, project management and invoicing for a professional services organization.

Very easy to use and it is very easy to pull reports like time sheets and utilization in scheduled basis.

After implementation this is a great tool for project accounting and I would recommend to anyone where project accounting is a large part of business.

Good software for maintaining expense and project time management and reporting tool.

Easy to operate, searching for a transaction is improved based on the other softwares and great ERP product.

NetSuite OpenAir is great project management software especially for expense management and project time configurations.

This software is cumbersome and rigid, and there are so many simple functions that it can't do that it's hard to understand why wasted their time making everything else so complex.

And sometimes just guessing at fixes drained significant time that could have been spent in more productive ways.

The customer service is AWFUL - long waits to talk to people who are reading from a script. Their online help forum, SuiteAnswers, is equally bad.

Rather negative - the company I worked for, a Marketing agency, really should not have selected OpenAir.

OpenAir is user friendly and integrates with multiple in house systems.

It’s a great tool to manage projects, resources, submit timesheets and invoice clients.

It has a great repoting feature that provides great insights about the project progress.

Setting up the same timesheet over and over again is a bit of a chore. There is no memory of what you did the last time you used it.

Overall, we have been pleased with the performance and functionality, as well as the support response when needed has been great.

Also easy to evaluate Vacation OFF timing of resource and it will help on OPEX cost estimations and tracking.overall user interface is good and easy to generate reports.easy to integrate with JIRA.
