  • Integration was very easy and it's easy for my clients to use. We use Bugherd for all bug reporting and most feature requests.
  • The kanban board and assign a task features are both straightforward and well laid out, super easy to start using straight away.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes its problem to capture screenshots of website.
  • Sometimes it can be difficult to select the exact area that you're trying to comment on. Can be a bit laggy at times.
