It is capable of doing a large variety of things and helps with keeping all the jobs straight.

The integration with Planswift works awesome. Phone support is always great too.

Some of the accounting package link-up can be frustrating and we lost a function recently which was not particularly helpful for us and was driven by other contractors needs who use the software.

Overall the experience has been great and they have great and responsive customer service.

Rich applications sets like this can be overwhelming to implement,  but there is a good amount of training / coaching available up front.

It is great and links very well with Quickbooks. Very happy about job control and able to keep schedules and costs.

They are very poor and make it hard to deal with large data sets. Their filters are missing exact matches between items in the same category.

Unable to autosave to-do's or the daily log is obnoxious. If you accidentally close out the program you lose all data.

In dealing with the company financials, this is a fantastic product for us to have visibility from estimates to actual cost tracking.

BuilderTrend has the best customer service (help desk) I have ever had. They have saved me on many occasions.

I like how user friendly it is for me. I am 26 years old. I understand how to operate a computer.

This platform brings loads of organization with the features it offers. This is a great way to help keep the contractor, sub-contractors, employees, and homeowner on the same page.

The worst drawback is that there is essentially no function for schedulING.

Inability to customize the POs to subcontractors and  lack of an instruction manual.

They recently came out with a new pay structure which nearly doubled the costs of the program. Its a shame as we are now looking elsewhere for a program that has many of the same functions.

It is very easy to access, it is user friendly and i am really enjoying learning new things each week. Tutorials are very good and easy to understand.

We get great support whenever we need it. I love that it connects with quickbooks which takes away the need to double input.

What I like most about BuilderTrend is it's ease of use, the customization ability of the software, and the ease of edit/revision.

It is a wonderful tool to use when building a home. You can upload all of the selections, personalize all the jobs, upload pictures and follow through on the schedule and to do's.

I like the ease of the change order approval and decline, and the change orders are interactive with the appropriate vendors and subtrades.

Your online help, live chats and training videos are EXCELLENT. My coach has been extremely helpful and I have gained much knowledge from my personal appointments with him.

I have been using Builtertrend for a few years and Im happy with the pricing structure and mobility and great to have real time help. I usually dont have trouble with speed and thats a big plus.

I don't like the lack of customization. Also, i hate that you can not put a folder into a folder.

Some features in this apps on some devices are located differently, which can be confusing at times.

No real problems other than lack of usage due to feeling a bit burdened by having to maintain two separate task management systems.

It has been a lifesaver in terms of its use. Due to the length of use in our business, it hasn't been to our benefit to switching to a different platform with all our history of notes.

Amazing collaborative workspace to work on docs with multiple people. Pricing isn't cheap, but it's fair and comparable to other platforms.

Great product,  ease of use, affordable. Does everything we need that the larger doc management programs do at a fraction of the cost.

The new re-write (v10) is awful, and forced me to revert to v6. Searching for a new alternative while v6 still works.

Evernote Business is an amazing, note-taking, multi-platform software for businesses because of their best in class collaborative features, clean and minimalistic design, perfect sync, and much more.

This application also using quite large of my phone RAM as it will keep lagging and crash when i am using it more than one hour.
