There is nothing good that I can say about it. I have used it for several years and it the root cause of almost all of my frustration at work. It handles most every form and calculation you can imagine with ease, and I would place it as the #2 professional level tax software product on the market based upon its features. They also have customer support that is usually very good, as some support personnel are also the software developers during the busy season. Prosystem Fx is the name for a large product suite, so it's hard to describe a particular feature as the selling point. Cons: It is very expensive -- generally the most expensive tax software product on the market. This program allows me to create binders that contain all of the work that is being done on a particular project. Anyone with rights to the file can access it in real time from their personal computer. Cons: The only pain point for me comes from when a user has an engagement file "checked out" on their computer this locks the file and that file cannot be modified or edited until the user checks it back in. This can certainly be frustrating when you need to get your work done.
