### Secondary ratings

- Customer support: 4.5/5
- Value for money: 4.4/5
- Functionality: 4.4/5

### Rating distribution

- 5 stars: 296 reviews (53%)
- 4 stars: 242 reviews (43%)
- 3 stars: 19 reviews (3%)
- 2 stars: 5 reviews (1%)
- 1 star: 1 reviews (0%)

### Most mentioned pros

- I like how it provides me real time progress over my projects through its interactive dashboard and the centralized system for the task and document management is impressive.
- I use it every day to help manage the entire life cycle of our data analytics projects, from initial requirements gathering and data collection sprints, to final dashboard deployments and maintenance. Once our team got over the steep onboarding curve it’s totally streamlined how we track complex dependencies between different data engineering and analytics tasks.
- It effectively bridges the gap between high-level project scheduling and granular financial tracking, allowing us to maintain complete transparency over project margins and resource capacity. While the initial configuration and team onboarding require patience due to the learning curve, the long-term operational efficiency and reporting accuracy make it a valuable asset for mature organizations.

### Most mentioned cons

- The main downside is that Celoxis can feel a little complex in the beginning. Since it has features for task management, resource planning, reporting, security permissions, team management, and collaboration, the first setup takes time.
- The biggest downside is that the interface can seem very cluttered and overwhelming for new users. But there is a learning curve to setting up those advanced reports, custom fields and automated workflows, which also needs dedicated administrative time to get right.
- Some of the area of reports does not offer great flexibility in the customization and while handling large portfolios it sometimes delays a bit.

Overall, Celoxis is a robust, enterprise-grade project management solution that handles complex projects smoothly. Once you get past the initial setup, it provides incredible visibility over project health, resource utilization, and financial tracking. It is a reliable workhorse for mid-to-large teams needing serious project controls.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Celoxis offers an impressive level of customization and deep reporting capabilities. The interactive Gantt charts, resource allocation tools, and capacity planning are top-tier, making it very easy to track complex projects and budgets in real time. Having both Cloud and On-Premise options is also a huge plus for team flexibility.

#### Cons

The user interface feels a bit dated compared to newer tools and has a noticeable learning curve for non-technical team members. Initial setup and dashboard configuration take some time to get right, and the mobile app experience could be more fluid and modern.

#### Reasons for switching to Celoxis

We needed a more flexible, cloud-based solution with better real-time collaboration features and automated reporting. Microsoft Project was too rigid for team collaboration, and tracking resource availability and budgets across multiple projects was becoming too complex without a dedicated, all-in-one platform like Celoxis.

Celoxis is a cost-effective solution for enterprises that want to avoid paying hundreds of thousands of dollars for mediocre software. I found their support team to be responsive and helpful rather than robotic and uninterested as one may expect from a large company like Oracle. However, the software’s learning curve is rather steep, which makes it a challenging tool to learn for your team. Moreover, once your team has learned the fundamentals of the system, creating shared workspaces and collaborating within them becomes a breeze. The tool also has an amazing customizable reporting engine and advanced resource capacity planning software that let you run your department with minimal effort. Lastly, Celoxis’ ability to represent project interdependencies makes managing large-scale complex projects with multiple stakeholders smooth and straightforward.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

The absolute best part of Celoxis is its powerful, customizable reporting engine. It allows you to build tailored dashboards that drill down into everything from high-level financial health and budget tracking to granular daily task progress in just a few clicks.

#### Cons

The major limitation is a very steep onboarding curve, which may prove challenging and time-consuming for anyone who is not technically inclined but wants to learn and perform basic task management functions. Moreover, the tool does not have a proper mobile app, which is why it is not as convenient to use as some of its main competitors.

#### Reasons for choosing Celoxis

We chose Celoxis because it struck the perfect balance between high-end enterprise power and collaborative ease. While Asana and Wrike were highly user-friendly, they lacked the robust resource capacity planning and financial tracking capabilities we needed.

#### Reasons for switching to Celoxis

We switched because Microsoft Project felt too isolated and lacked real-time collaboration features for the broader team. It was great for heavy scheduling but poor for team communication and tracking daily progress.

#### Pros

The customer support is fast and responsive.

#### Cons

There are a lot of small bugs that go unnoticed until it's critical. An example would be that when you schedule an event on the work calendar like a Company Holiday, the event doesn't show up on the day that you scheduled the event for (i.e. Company Holiday scheduled for 12/23/2022, but the event is displayed on 12/22/2022 on the calendar) and this causes confusion for everyone.

#### Reasons for choosing Celoxis

The software was cost efficient and the customer support was fast and responsive.

### Celoxis: A Powerful All-in-One PPM Platform That Delivers—Despite a Learning Curve

Despite the learning curve, my overall experience has been highly positive. This is a tool that scales with you—it handles the nitty-gritty of resource allocation, capacity planning, and financial forecasting without breaking a sweat. On the security front, I felt reassured immediately; with 256-bit AES encryption, TLS 1.2+ for data transit, hosting on AWS, and granular role-based access controls, I had no qualms about storing sensitive client contracts and financial data in the system. In summary, Celoxis is a powerhouse for organizations that have outgrown lightweight tools and need a single source of truth for strategy and execution. Yes, you'll need to invest time in training and configuration, and yes, you'll have to budget carefully for those user licenses. But if you need a platform that genuinely unifies planning, execution, financials, and portfolio oversight—while keeping data secure and accessible to clients—this is an outstanding choice. It's not plug-and-play, but it is definitely worth the effort.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

And while I have to choose Celoxis's superpower, it will definitely be the planning engine. Scheduling automatically works like a charm, as every time a task is delayed or a resource is no longer available, the Gantt chart automatically calculates the dependencies for me without me having to drag anything. Dealing with inter-project dependencies and critical paths feels natural and intuitive, and the ability to baselining based on the Earned Value Analysis provides me with enough confidence that my project's status is calculated according to the benchmarks rather than gut feeling. However, the tool really excels in the field of task management with an impressive degree of customization available. Customizable fields and formulas, as well as customizable workflows allow me to adapt the tool for my business processes, and that makes it easy to track any number of resources per each task and sort tasks using any number of business KPIs. While the amount of customization available is great, it still may be hard to find what one needs sometimes and the mobile version available via the web interface feels a little bit laggy when trying to log something quickly.

#### Cons

Let's talk about value for money—because it's a mixed bag. The feature set absolutely justifies the price tag if you're a mid-to-large enterprise. You're getting portfolio management, financial tracking, resource planning, and AI insights in one box, which usually requires three separate subscriptions elsewhere. However, the lack of a free "Viewer" license is frustrating. Even if a stakeholder just wants to glance at a dashboard, you have to pay for a full seat. That adds up quickly and feels like an unnecessary hurdle for budget-conscious teams. I also had a few brushes with customer support during setup. The team is undeniably knowledgeable, and responses are prompt (usually within 24 hours) for general queries. The knowledge base is extensive, which helped me self-serve on many occasions. That said, when I asked about advanced custom workflow configurations, the responses slowed down considerably. Support seems optimized for standard use-cases, but the more you customize, the longer you might wait for a resolution.

#### Reasons for switching to Celoxis

We switched to Celoxis because Microsoft Project Server Subscription Edition had become too expensive, complex, and rigid for our growing portfolio. The infrastructure requirements were a major burden—PSSE requires SharePoint Server with Enterprise licensing, SQL Server with Analysis Services, and Windows Server licenses for every server in the farm. Even with all that investment, the out-of-the-box reporting was weak, and the interface felt unintuitive and slow, especially when managing larger projects.

### Strong reporting and planning tool, just needs patience in the beginning

We moved to Celoxis around a year and a half back from spreadsheets and a very basic tracker, and about 12 to 15 of us use it daily. For portfolio level tracking and client reporting it has genuinely helped, my weekly status reporting work has come down a lot because the dashboards do most of it. Support has been decent, replies usually come within a day, though sometimes I have to explain the issue twice. It is not a flashy tool and it needs patience while setting up, but it is stable and I have not faced any downtime worth mentioning.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 3/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

The custom reports and dashboards are easily the best part for me. I handle around 9 to 10 client projects at a time and in one screen I can see resource load, budget burn and which tasks are slipping, without chasing anyone for updates. The Gantt chart is properly interactive, so if one dependency shifts the whole plan adjusts on its own. Timesheet approval is also simple, my team fills it weekly and I clear it in two clicks.

#### Cons

The interface looks dated when you compare it with newer tools. It works, but it does not feel modern and new joiners in my team take 2 to 3 weeks to get comfortable. Initial setup was the bigger pain, it took us close to a month to get workflows and approval levels right, and correcting a wrongly configured workflow later is not easy. The mobile app is average at best, I use it only for approvals.

#### Reasons for switching to Celoxis

Spreadsheets stopped working for us once the number of parallel client projects went up. Version confusion and manual status updates were eating too much time, so we needed a proper tool with resource loading and one single source of truth.

Overall, Celoxis has been a solid all-in-one solution for managing projects, resources, and portfolios without needing to stitch together separate tools. It's especially useful for organizational management, giving visibility into workload and capacity across teams, and it holds up well for team collaboration since everyone works off the same shared system. There's a learning curve given how feature-rich it is, and the interface could use a refresh, but the value for money and level of customer support have made it worth sticking with. For teams that need deep project management and portfolio-level oversight, it's a strong option just be prepared to invest some time upfront getting comfortable with it.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Celoxis brings project planning, resource management, financials, and reporting into one platform, which cuts down on the need for separate tools or add-ons. The customizable dashboards make it easy to build views that match how our team actually works, and the Gantt charts and portfolio views give good visibility across multiple projects at once. Time tracking and expense logging are straightforward for day-to-day use, and the mobile access is handy for checking project status on the go. On value for money, it's competitively priced compared to tools like Microsoft Project while offering a comparable or fuller feature set. Customer support has been responsive when we've needed help with setup or troubleshooting. For team collaboration, having a shared, centralized system helps keep everyone aligned on task status and deadlines without constant status-check meetings. From an organizational management standpoint, it's helpful to have resource allocation, workload, and portfolio-level reporting all visible in one place, which makes it easier for managers to balance capacity across teams. Role-based access and permission settings also make it simple to control who sees or edits what across departments.

#### Cons

The interface can feel a bit dated and cluttered in places, with enough options that it takes new users some time to find what they need there's a real learning curve at first. Report formatting is sometimes inconsistent, and certain bulk operations (like on the Gantt chart) aren't as smooth as we'd like. For smaller teams, the depth of features can feel like more than what's actually needed day to day. Performance can also slow down at times when working with larger projects or datasets.

#### Reasons for switching to Celoxis

"We switched to Celoxis to gain better project visibility, resource management, portfolio tracking, and reporting capabilities in a single platform. Its comprehensive planning, collaboration, and analytics features provide a more centralized and efficient project management experience.

The customizable fields and workflows are also helpful because we can set them up around our own processes.

#### Cons

The initial setup can take some time, especially when customizing workflows, fields, and ranking rules. It takes a little time to understand all the options, but once everything is configured, it becomes much easier to use.

#### Reasons for choosing Celoxis

It gives a good central place to manage projects, tasks, schedules, and progress, which makes it easier to keep track of work and stay organized. I especially liked having project information and reporting available in one system. The main adjustment was getting familiar with some of the more advanced options, but once I understood the workflow, it became easier to use. Overall, it has been a useful project management tool for keeping work structured and improving visibility across projects.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 4/5

#### Pros

What I liked most about Celoxis was the way it brings project planning, task management, scheduling, and reporting together in one place. The interface gives a good overview of ongoing work, and it was useful for keeping track of deadlines and project progress without having to switch between multiple tools. I also found the collaboration and reporting features helpful for keeping the team aligned and having a clearer view of what needed attention.

#### Cons

The main thing I found challenging was that some of the more advanced features take a little time to understand, especially when setting up projects with more detailed workflows and reporting. There is a bit of a learning curve at first, and the interface can feel busy until you get familiar with where everything is. A few areas could also be more intuitive for new users.

### Strong Visibility Across Projects and Resources

- Overall rating: 5/5
- Reviewer: Matheus A.

- Product usage: Used daily for more than 2 years

- Review source details: This reviewer was invited by the software vendor to submit an honest review and offered a nominal incentive as a thank you.

The biggest problem Celoxis solves is the lack of visibility across multiple projects. It gives us a clear picture of priorities, team capacity, deadlines, and overall project health without requiring manual updates from different systems. For me, the biggest benefit has been the ability to make faster decisions with confidence, because the information is always consolidated, current, and easy to share with stakeholders.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

The biggest advantage for me is that Celoxis helps answer questions before they become problems. Resource bottlenecks, overdue dependencies, and budget deviations become visible early through dashboards and reports, which makes planning much more proactive. I also appreciate how flexible the platform is—it adapts to our workflows instead of forcing us to change the way we manage projects.

#### Cons

Because Celoxis offers so much flexibility, it can feel overwhelming during the initial setup. Teams that are new to project management software may need some time to configure dashboards, permissions, and workflows in a way that truly reflects their processes. Once that's done, the experience improves significantly, but the onboarding could be more intuitive.

### Solid PM platform that keeps teams aligned—integrations could be smoother

After six months using Celoxis as a team lead managing multiple projects, I can confidently say it's become my go-to platform. The standout feature is how it eliminates task ownership ambiguity—assignments are crystal clear, and real-time collaboration keeps everyone aligned without constant email or Slack chasing. My team adopted it quickly because it's intuitive enough to use without weeks of training, but powerful enough to handle real project complexity. The visibility into team capacity and project status has genuinely improved how we allocate resources and manage timelines. The main limitation is third-party tool integrations, which require some manual workarounds, but it's a minor friction point compared to how much value the core platform delivers. If you're looking for a project management tool that prioritizes team clarity and accountability, Celoxis is solid.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

Clear task ownership and streamlined communication. The assignment system eliminates ambiguity—everyone knows exactly what they're responsible for and can access all context without hunting through emails or Slack. Real-time visibility into team capacity and project status has made resource planning and team management significantly more efficient. The platform strikes a good balance between being feature-rich and actually intuitive to use, which means my team adopted it quickly without extensive training. Compared to other tools I've tried, Celoxis delivers on what matters most: keeping teams aligned and accountable without unnecessary complexity.

#### Cons

Integration limitations with third-party tools. We use multiple tools across our workflow, and connecting Celoxis to our other platforms requires workarounds and manual data syncing. Native integrations feel limited compared to competitors, which creates unnecessary friction when you're trying to keep your entire tech stack talking to each other. It's manageable but not seamless, and it's the main area where the platform could close the gap with more comprehensive API support.

Celoxis has helped keep projects, timelines, and team work more organized in one place. It is easier to track progress, assign work, and review updates without depending on different tools. Overall, my experience has been positive because it helps keep work more structured and saves time.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Being an MBBS, MD (Obstetrics & Gynecology) professional, my work involves patient care, department coordination, academic teaching, and health awareness activities, so keeping work organized is important. What I like most about Celoxis is that it brings tasks, project planning, timelines, and team collaboration into one place. It is easy to track ongoing work, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress without depending on multiple spreadsheets or messages. I also find the dashboards and reports useful because they give a clear view of project status and help with planning. The interface is clean, and after the initial setup, it becomes comfortable to use for managing routine work and department activities.

#### Cons

At first, there are quite a few options and settings, so it takes a little time to organize everything the way you want. I also felt that some reports and dashboards need a few extra steps to customize. It is not a major issue, and after regular use it becomes much easier, but the initial learning part could be a little simpler.

Before implementing Celoxis, our teams struggled with disconnected project data, inconsistent reporting, and limited visibility into resource availability. Managing multiple projects required switching between different applications, making collaboration and decision-making slower than expected. Celoxis solved these challenges by creating a centralized workspace where project planning, execution, financial tracking, and reporting are fully integrated. Automated dashboards provide instant access to key performance metrics, helping us identify risks earlier, optimize resource utilization, and improve forecasting accuracy. As a result, our project delivery process has become more predictable, communication between teams has improved, reporting takes a fraction of the previous time, and leadership has greater confidence in project performance and overall business operations.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

What I appreciate most about Celoxis is how effectively it connects every aspect of project management into one unified platform. From project planning and task management to resource allocation, budgeting, time tracking, and reporting, everything works together seamlessly. The dashboards provide excellent real-time visibility, allowing both project managers and executives to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and make informed decisions without relying on manual reports. The workflow automation features have significantly reduced repetitive administrative work, while the flexibility to customize fields, reports, and workflows allows the platform to adapt to our business processes rather than forcing us to change the way we work.

#### Cons

Celoxis offers an extensive feature set, which is one of its biggest strengths, but it also means the onboarding experience can feel overwhelming for first-time users. Some advanced configurations require time and planning to fully utilize. In addition, organizations with relatively simple project management needs may not immediately benefit from every premium capability. However, once the platform is implemented properly and users become familiar with its functionality, the productivity improvements and long-term operational benefits easily outweigh the initial learning effort.

Overall I’ve had a good experience. Celoxis has enhanced the planning, work tracking and coordination across product, development, QA and consulting teams. Having a common repository of project information has made it easier to track progress, and debate priorities with stakeholders. The platform is not without some setup and user training, but has offered an organized approach to managing product projects across the development lifecycle.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

I find Celoxis useful to maintain product planning and project execution connected as a Product Manager in an IT services and consulting company. The platform provides one spot to track progress instead of tracking roadmaps, sprint plans, resource allocation and project status in different tools. It is well organized in task management, which makes it easy to assign work, track dependencies and follow deliverables on many teams. Team collaboration has been also effective as discussions, project updates and documentation are linked to the necessary tasks. The planning features have enabled us to forecast timeframes with better accuracy and uncover scheduling issues before they hinder delivery. From an organizational management standpoint, the dashboards provide ample visibility to analyze project health without requiring separate updates from every team. Security restrictions have been sufficient to control access across multiple project groups and customer support has offered straightforward answers when configuration questions have arisen. I think the platform is fantastic value for money, the capabilities offered for planning and project monitoring.

#### Cons

The platform has many features and new users take time to get accustomed to all its capabilities. The initial deployment requires careful preparation for the set up of projects, workflows and reporting systems. Some dashboard views are jammed with information which might be overpowering until the team gets used to the layout. Report customization is flexible, however developing extremely customized reports sometimes needs more setting than intended.

Our organization shifted to Celoxis to handle complex project pipelines that simpler, kanban-only tools couldn't handle. Overall, it has been an incredibly dependable platform. It successfully consolidated our project scheduling, heavy-duty resource allocation, and budget tracking into a single source of truth. While the initial setup required a bit of patience and heavy lifting to configure to our exact needs, the payoff in visibility and cross-team alignment has been completely worth it.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

What I love most is the sheer depth of its reporting engines and resource management. It doesn't just give you a static, color-coded calendar; it delivers dynamic analytics by role, skill set, and custom fields. Being able to run highly customizable financial reports alongside our real-time project health has significantly improved our executive decision-making.

#### Cons

The learning curve is undeniably steep at the beginning. Because it offers so many advanced configuration and customization choices, it can feel a bit overwhelming during onboarding, requiring some trial and error to get the right custom fields mapped out. Additionally, navigating the system occasionally requires a few more clicks than expected, and the UI can feel slightly dense when you're managing massive portfolios.

Overall, Celoxis has provided our team with a highly stable and reliable ecosystem for managing complex, multi-layered portfolios. It effectively bridges the gap between high-level project scheduling and granular financial tracking, allowing us to maintain complete transparency over project margins and resource capacity. While the initial configuration and team onboarding require patience due to the learning curve, the long-term operational efficiency and reporting accuracy make it a valuable asset for mature organizations.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 3/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

The resource management and capacity planning features in Celoxis are outstanding. It gives an immediate, clear view of team workloads and sends instant overload alerts to prevent burnout. I also really value the high level of customization available for dashboards and reports, which allows us to track specific business KPIs and share real-time progress updates directly with stakeholders.

#### Cons

Setting up the initial configuration, custom fields, and complex project workflows requires a heavy upfront investment of time and administration. Furthermore, the built-in notification system can be a bit aggressive out of the box; if you don't fine-tune the email alert settings early on, your inbox can quickly become cluttered with automated project updates.

Overall, my experience with Celoxis has been positive. I appreciate how it centralizes project planning, task management, resource allocation, timesheet tracking, and portfolio reporting within a single platform, reducing the need to switch between multiple tools. The Gantt charts, real-time dashboards, and customizable reports have improved project visibility and helped us make better delivery decisions. Team collaboration is also streamlined through task updates, comments, and document attachments, while role-based access ensures the right level of visibility across projects. Although there is a learning curve for some advanced configurations, the platform is stable, offers good value for money, and the support team has been responsive whenever assistance was needed.

Overall, Celoxis has been great for getting our chaotic project planning under control. Before this, we were stuck using disconnected spreadsheets and chasing people for updates. It gives us excellent value for money because we don't have to pay for extra timesheet or budgeting add-ons—it’s all natively built right into the platform. It has genuinely streamlined how our team collaborates on a daily basis and made our project timelines way more predictable.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

What I honestly like most about Celoxis is how it handles the messy reality of running multiple projects at the same time. The Gantt charts and task tracking are incredibly robust—it doesn't lag or glitch when you start mapping out complex dependencies across different teams. From a management perspective, the resource planning is a massive win; it lets you see who is actually overloaded and who has availability, which saves a ton of scheduling headaches. The team collaboration features work well too, keeping all project discussions and documents in one secure place so nothing gets lost in email chains. Plus, the security settings are tight enough that I don't have to worry about clients seeing internal notes they shouldn't.

#### Cons

The biggest downside is the learning curve. Because it can do so much, the interface is pretty packed with data and can feel a bit overwhelming when you first log in, especially for non-technical team members who just want to check off tasks. Also, while their support team is actually really helpful when you get ahold of them, I wish there were better short video tutorials built into the tool itself so onboarding new hires didn't require so much hands-on training.

My overall experience with Celoxis has been very positive. It provides a comprehensive project management platform that brings together project planning, resource management, time tracking, budgeting, and reporting in one place. The dashboards and reporting tools offer excellent visibility into project health and team performance, helping make informed decisions quickly. What stands out most is the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining clear oversight of timelines, workloads, and budgets. The customization options allow workflows and reports to be tailored to specific business needs, which adds significant value for growing teams. The main challenge was the initial learning curve. Because Celoxis is feature-rich, it can take some time for new users to become comfortable with all of its capabilities. However, once familiar with the platform, the benefits far outweigh the onboarding effort. Overall, Celoxis has improved project visibility, resource utilization, and team collaboration, making project execution more organized and efficient.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

What I liked most about Celoxis was its ability to bring project planning, resource management, time tracking, and reporting into a single platform. The customizable dashboards and detailed reporting provided clear visibility into project progress, resource utilization, and budgets, making decision-making much easier. I also found the Gantt charts, workload management, and dependency tracking particularly useful for managing multiple projects efficiently and identifying potential bottlenecks early. Overall, the centralized view of projects and resources helped improve collaboration and project control.

#### Cons

What I liked least about Celoxis was the initial learning curve. The platform is very feature-rich, but that can make it feel overwhelming for new users. Some sections of the interface seem a bit dense, and finding specific settings or advanced options can take time until you're familiar with the system. I also felt that certain workflows, such as project template setup and customization, could be more intuitive. While these issues become less significant with experience, improved onboarding and a more modern, streamlined UI would make adoption easier for new teams.

Before adopting Celoxis, our team had to rely on multiple disparate systems to track project progress, task dependencies, and resource availability, leading to fragmented information and delayed decision-making. Celoxis has eliminated these challenges by integrating project planning, milestone tracking, timesheet management, and analytics into a unified platform. As a software engineer, this has helped me better prioritize tasks, identify project risks early, and coordinate more effectively with other teams. Its resource management and reporting features have played a crucial role in balancing workloads and enhancing the reliability of project delivery. Consequently, our team's efficiency has improved, communication has become more transparent, and completing complex software projects on time has become far easier than before.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

what impresses me most about Celoxis is its ability to manage complex projects in an organized and transparent manner. Instead of switching between various tools and spreadsheets, our team can now control project planning, task tracking, timeline management, and resource utilization from a single location. Its custom dashboards and reporting features provide real-time insights into project status, allowing us to identify potential bottlenecks early on. I particularly appreciate how it streamlines collaboration across different teams and ensures that all members are aligned with the same priorities and timelines. This has made the development process more organized and predictable.

#### Cons

Celoxis's greatest strength is its comprehensive feature set, but this also means it can take time for new users to fully grasp some of its advanced capabilities. Features related to custom reporting, automation, and resource planning, in particular, require initial training and configuration to be utilized effectively. Additionally, its premium plans may seem relatively expensive for small organizations and startups with limited budgets. However, considering the enhanced visibility, productivity, and project control gained in the long run, the investment seems entirely justified. Once the team becomes comfortable with it, the benefits derived from the platform far outweigh the initial costs and the effort required to learn the system.

### A solution that makes high-quality technical recruitment faster and more effective.

Celoxis has helped resolve several operational challenges associated with our recruitment process. Previously, activities such as candidate sourcing, screening, technical assessment, and interview coordination were largely manual, leading to a prolonged recruitment process and leaving critical technical positions vacant for extended periods. This directly impacted project momentum and team productivity. Through OutsourceX, our recruitment pipeline became largely automated, making the process of identifying and evaluating candidates more organized and efficient. Consequently, our time-to-hire was reduced by approximately 40%, enabling us to fill critical technical roles much faster than before. Additionally, the platform provided us with complete operational scalability, making it easier to expand the team in line with project requirements. As a result, delays caused by resource shortages were minimized, project delivery became smoother, and our capacity to support the organization's growth needs was strengthened.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

I found Celoxis's most impressive feature to be its streamlined and results-oriented recruitment process. The platform has simplified many of the complexities associated with technical hiring. While traditional recruitment processes often involve time-consuming screening and evaluation of a large volume of candidate profiles, Celoxis provides access to pre-vetted and qualified technical talent. This saved our engineering team time and enabled more effective hiring decisions. Furthermore, their technical talent pool is truly high-quality. The candidates we were introduced to clearly demonstrated the necessary technical skills, practical experience, and the ability to contribute to complex projects. Most importantly, whenever we needed immediate resources for critical roles, Celoxis helped bridge operational gaps effectively by providing suitable talent in a very short timeframe. This rapid response capability played a crucial role in keeping several key projects on track.

#### Cons

If there is room for improvement, it might be in the cost of their premium staffing services. For bootstrapped startups and organizations with limited budgets, utilizing advanced recruitment packages can increase total hiring expenses. This cost factor can become even more pronounced when an organization needs to fill multiple technical positions simultaneously. However, considering the return on investment, the cost seems justified in most cases. When factoring in superior candidate quality, reduced hiring risk, a faster hiring process, and long-term productivity gains, the value delivered by the platform outweighs the additional expense. Therefore, this should be viewed as an investment consideration rather than a genuine drawback.

Celoxis is a strong option for teams that manage multiple projects, deadlines, people, and resources at the same time. It works well for task management, team collaboration, resource planning, and project visibility. The dashboards and reports help managers understand progress, workload, and bottlenecks without depending only on manual status updates. The biggest value is that it brings several functions into one platform, including task tracking, resource management, team management, reporting, permissions, and collaboration. It may take some time to learn, but once the team is properly onboarded, it becomes useful for keeping projects organized and improving accountability.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

What I liked most about Celoxis is that it covers almost every part of project management in one place. For task management, it makes it easy to assign work, track deadlines, update progress, and see what is pending without constantly asking people for updates. The team collaboration side is also useful because everyone can stay aligned on the same project view instead of working from scattered spreadsheets or separate tools. The resource management features are one of the strongest parts. It helps managers see who is overloaded, who has available capacity, and how work is distributed across the team. That also supports better team management because it becomes easier to plan work realistically instead of just assigning tasks blindly. From a security point of view, Celoxis feels suitable for business use because access, roles, and permissions can be managed properly. That matters when different teams or clients should not see everything. I also think it gives good value for money because it combines project tracking, reporting, resource planning, dashboards, and collaboration features in one system. Customer support and documentation are helpful enough during setup, especially because the tool has many features and new users may need some guidance at the start.

#### Cons

The main downside is that Celoxis can feel a little complex in the beginning. Since it has features for task management, resource planning, reporting, security permissions, team management, and collaboration, the first setup takes time. It is not the kind of tool where every user will understand everything on day one. The interface is practical, but some screens could feel more modern and cleaner. For smaller teams that only need simple task tracking, Celoxis may feel heavier than necessary. Customer support is useful, but because the product has many configuration options, teams should still plan proper internal onboarding instead of expecting everyone to figure it out immediately.
