"I like how it provides me real time progress over my projects through its interactive dashboard and the centralized system for the task and document management is impressive."

"I use it every day to help manage the entire life cycle of our data analytics projects, from initial requirements gathering and data collection sprints, to final dashboard deployments and maintenance. Once our team got over the steep onboarding curve it’s totally streamlined how we track complex dependencies between different data engineering and analytics tasks."

"It effectively bridges the gap between high-level project scheduling and granular financial tracking, allowing us to maintain complete transparency over project margins and resource capacity. While the initial configuration and team onboarding require patience due to the learning curve, the long-term operational efficiency and reporting accuracy make it a valuable asset for mature organizations."

"The main downside is that Celoxis can feel a little complex in the beginning. Since it has features for task management, resource planning, reporting, security permissions, team management, and collaboration, the first setup takes time."

"The biggest downside is that the interface can seem very cluttered and overwhelming for new users. But there is a learning curve to setting up those advanced reports, custom fields and automated workflows, which also needs dedicated administrative time to get right."

"Some of the area of reports does not offer great flexibility in the customization and while handling large portfolios it sometimes delays a bit."
