- I love the ability to customize databases, workflows, and project management. We've played with the API a bit too, and are excited to try other integrations with our ERP.
- Tons of native integrations and outside integrations. Customizable for almost any niche, but best for real estate.

- We also tried to integrate it with other platforms but were unable to, which was frustrating.
- There is no option to markup attachments and there's no time lapse feature available to track how long tasks or stages may take.
Pros
- The user interface is also very intuitive and easy to use. Redmine is also very well documented, with tutorials, guides, and sample projects available to help users get up and running quickly.
- Basically, you can add anything you can think of or simply just build it yourself if there's not a tool out there you like or want to pay for.
Cons
- The organization is very confusing and is hard to navigate. I've learned how to navigate it, but it's still a pain to find anything.
- End-user always complain me about the software is hard to use. For me, a tech, I fell it's OK.
