Pros/Cons
Pros
- The user experience of ClickUp is outstanding while also providing power users the functionality they need. The best thing about ClickUp has been the changes to how we work.
- I also like the support team which is super responsive and helpful. The software seems to be improving all the time.
- The free version of ClickUp is all that I have used, and it is truly amazing. It helps with team organization and catch up.
Cons
- It usually does NOT work. Other than the horrible, unreliable import functionality, there are a number of bugs.
- Because there are so many options, it makes it intimidating to use and can be confusing at times because you don't know where to start.
- The UI and UX are terrible which makes the product very unpleasant to use.
Pros
- G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.
- The Gsuite is very easy use and offers a good amount of features. Implementation and use was simple and I am very impressed with how helpful using this was to my productivity and day-to-day.
- This software is a flexible and innovative solution for people and organizations that want to grow. Inside are productivity and collaboration tools, perfect for all ways of working.
Cons
- Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.
- The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.
- Frustrating "enhancements" that miss the mark and leave you scratching your head as to why Google didn't foresee the obviously omission or weakness.
