  • Pros

  • The user experience of ClickUp is outstanding while also providing power users the functionality they need. The best thing about ClickUp has been the changes to how we work.
  • I also like the support team which is super responsive and helpful. The software seems to be improving all the time.
  • The free version of ClickUp is all that I have used, and it is truly amazing. It helps with team organization and catch up.
  • Cons

  • It usually does NOT work. Other than the horrible, unreliable import functionality, there are a number of bugs.
  • Because there are so many options, it makes it intimidating to use and can be confusing at times because you don't know where to start.
  • The UI and UX are terrible which makes the product very unpleasant to use.

  • Excellent service and quite user-friendly. I appreciate the continued development and growth of the services while keeping the pricing fair for small businesses.
  • I loved the mobile app, ease of creating an invoice, and how nice the invoices look. If I was always freelancing, this might be my everyday go to tool.
  • It is very easy to use anywhere or anytime, to track business. It is a great advantage to have all this information in one application.
  • Cons

  • That alone is a huge problem when using the software. When the software went through an update something happened with the forwarding emails option and now I can't even send my invoices.
  • My problem was in principle, do not brake your promises.
  • It's tough to view all clients because there is no designated section for clients except within a new invoice.
