Pros/Cons
Pros
- The user experience of ClickUp is outstanding while also providing power users the functionality they need. The best thing about ClickUp has been the changes to how we work.
- I also like the support team which is super responsive and helpful. The software seems to be improving all the time.
- The free version of ClickUp is all that I have used, and it is truly amazing. It helps with team organization and catch up.
Cons
- It usually does NOT work. Other than the horrible, unreliable import functionality, there are a number of bugs.
- Because there are so many options, it makes it intimidating to use and can be confusing at times because you don't know where to start.
- The UI and UX are terrible which makes the product very unpleasant to use.
Pros
- This is the best when creating presentations, because it is quite easy to use and it gives us control to customize their tools. It is good for content creation because of its phenomenal features.
- I'm a big fan of easy to use tools to create great looking reports, presentations, charts, and the like and that's why I like Visme.
- We love the centralized ability to have everything in the cloud and accessible for our team and clients.
Cons
- Requires online connection and sometimes it lags when you're working on your browser if you have a slow connection. Charges you in USD so it sucks for you Canadians out there.
- I found it difficult to navigate between individual slide/page views and the multi-slide views and was worried I was deleting some of them by accident.
- Duplicating projects to make modifications can cause strange and annoying bugs to appear (images/text boxes/etc can just disappear when moved about).
