  • Pros

  • I love the reporting function - easy to send detailed month-end reports to my clients. I've only had to use customer support once, but they were easy to reach and very helpful.
  • Aside the great report tools you have i love the simplicity and usability of the interface, both for the desktop and the mobile version.
  • Cons

  • I forget to stop the timer when stop working. Then time will capture as wrong.
  • But the features are somewhat confusing and hard to edit/manage.

  • For myself, i love Freedcamp because of its simplicity (based on my settings) and ability to quickly view open tasks and where my daily priorities are.
  • Plus ease of use, a slick UI and a very thought-trough incremental improvement process of functionality usefull to all users.
  • Cons

  • Scheduling of repeating tasks is confusing as it does not show up in the long term view. At time I have to wonder whether system has missed it.
  • The fact that you can only have 3 columns on the kanban board, and the lack of we sockets, you need to refresh quite often when collaborating.
