I forget to stop the timer when stop working. Then time will capture as wrong.

I love the reporting function - easy to send detailed month-end reports to my clients. I've only had to use customer support once, but they were easy to reach and very helpful.

But the features are somewhat confusing and hard to edit/manage.

Aside the great report tools you have i love the simplicity and usability of the interface, both for the desktop and the mobile version.

The ability to create projects and assign hourly rates to them was very nice for quickly invoicing clients. The iOS app works great for quickly starting timers.

Clockify is easy to use and I love that it is free. For a new, small company like mine, it's been a huge help in keeping track of my hours/job.

Overall, we're happy to work with it. Would be great if it integrated with Quickbooks Online.

Great piece of software that saves time and in money and ongoing snapshot assessments of billable and unbillable hours is superb.

The best part is the reporting piece when you can see awesome bar and pie graphs of where your time is spent at a glance.

I love an ability to see spent time over the each task in such easy and comfortable way as it is in Clockify.

I literally just use this to track hours on my own so I'm not sure if any of the other features are bad or not. It does what it needs to for me.

The software really does not have any flaws. The only thing I can remember is one time it had to close due to an error.

What I liked most about Clockify is how easy and intuitive it is to use. Plus, the variety and quality of reporting options is awesome.

Great way to track people's progress, it really shows how good the projects are with the amount of time put in. Easy to process and access.

My only complaint would be that I have to take the time to literally press a button to stop the timer. So, if I forget, my timing will be inaccurate.

Overall, I am very pleased with what Clockify does for me. It is affordable and meets my needs nicely.

It is a great tool to keep track of individual project time and helps me to calculate costs per project easily.

This application is super clean and easy to use. I already recommended it to my best friend, also known as my wife, for her business.

We are in the learning/free trail phase but customer support has checked in and is wonderful and the tutorials are easy to follow and implement.

I like that it integrates with Asana which makes it easy for me to track my tasks. I like that you can change the times of tasks after you have created them.

And sometimes we use to forgot what we did in an specific day so it could mislead to wrong information entered.

There is also a lack of customizable options when it comes to splitting up jobs and projects.

The free version of this software kicks butt - super easy to use and user-friendly, love the reporting capabilities.

All of this on the FREE VERSION!!! It's awesome that a marvelous software has so many free resources.

This tool is amazing for those who aim to track their coding metrics in order to improve them. The integration is pretty simple.

The user interface is practically the same as with Toggl, so it is very easy to enter and track time. The best of all is the price.

My mission is to use it to it's fullest capabilities as there is a lot not being used at the moment. I love it, well worth the subscription.

There are some features we use regularly that are only available in the desktop version but it hasn't really prevented us from doing what we need to do.

The 2 way Jira integration was a must for us. The ability to reply to projects via email without having to log in was great.

Have questions, you can always call customer service to fulfill any lingering questions/doubts.

It's hard for me to really find something I don't like about this product.

It is extremely user friendly for our most tech-savvy employees to those who struggle with new technology. I highly recommend this software for project management needs.

Being able to see excess capacity is really amazing too to watch over personnel, & being able to try out the ‘what if scenarios’ is quite impactful.

Some features might need updates as new updates are added/edited by Project Management Institute. Missing the updated software or new patches part.

I love that I can customize the dashboards and that this tool allows us to forecast projects which helps us with reporting to upper management.

Displays and reports are easily customizable for use in any industry. It's wonderful that it can be integrated with most programs I use for managing like Microsoft Project and Excel.

I am from Brazil and they support English only. I already mailed them with this suggestion but no ETA yet.

The syncing features help to improve documents and allows for better communication.

I've been able to ask anytime I've had a problem and get some guidance to use the product properly.

WorkOtter has provided us an opportunity to get control over our complex tasks.

The sales officials, support team, and installation guides have all instilled a sense of trust in me with WorkOtter.

Another great part is this software is great to use if your small and only have 1 or 2 projects or if your large and have a great deal of projects going on. Plus the price point is great.

I especially love how the dashboards can be customized per user, giving everyone exactly what they need in one easy to use dashboard.

WorkOtter has been a huge game-changer for me with regards to managing resources on multiple complex projects.

Reports Module - this has tons fo reports where we can see and select the desired reports. In summary, a perfect tool for Project manager,  cost effective.

The second feature that I love is the ability to source dashboards and reports from open community sources.

Our sales person was able to answer all of our questions, and helped us find solutions to our current Best Practices. It was like he had a solution for everything we threw at him.

I would say the limited Language option & the features for mobile option is quite limited.

The sales rep was never meddling and explained pricing upfront. Everything has been great with everyone involved.

I really like that the reports can be emailed to users automatically and you can customize and build your own dashboard. I like the mobile views of iOS and all the interactive features.
