  • Pros

  • It offers you advanced analytics for effective management of workflow. Overall a great software for SME's and Startups in particular.
  • So many useful features are present in a simple and easy to learn interface that makes it very easy to use for all of our employees.
  • Cons

  • It gets difficult if you have slow connection.
  • During submission of order it gets stuck and need to refresh many times.

  • Changing to uattend actually reduced our monthly costs slightly with a much better system. It has excellent benefit request and approval capability and integrates seamlessly with our payroll provider.
  • I have liked that uAttend is pretty easy to setup and use.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the updates cause more problems than they fix.
  • Sometimes it will delay registering a fingerprint and that can be frustrating. It's usually due to a dirty finger, screen, or too many touches within a certain amount of time.
