I like the templates library and integrations.

I was lucky to have a friend share her customized product with me. It helps bridge a gap in Quickbooks software that is an absolute lifesaver.

It will allow you to build your own applications and customise enterprise systems that work for your organisation. It integrates with a tone of other applications like Google Calendar and zoom.

The only limitation of the software is that it's difficult to handle large number of records at the same time (millions of records).

Other than Slack and e-mail, Coda is the main infratstructure for our organization. The flexibility and being able to set everything up and automate exactly to our liking is fantastic.

It's fast, feature-rich, and looks pretty clean. I had to work on a few integrations with Coda, and I really liked their API.

The worst part is that they limit the size of the documents in the free tier, and if you go beyond the size limit they lock your documents and you won't be able to work on them any longer.

The support team is very responsive and helpful. They really provide excellent tips and guidance, and often solve issues within minutes.

It is amazing to be able to accomplish so much without needing to introduce a new tool to our workflow. It also integrates well with Google Docs and Dropbox, which we also use on our team.

I feel empowered by their resources to create exciting docs that have transformed our workflows, and if I ever have questions I know that Coda Support or the Coda Community will be able to help.

Coda is a great software for businesses looking for more efficient ways to solve problems. It's easy to set up, easy to learn, easy to use.

Simply fast and clean way to manage docs and data all together, collaboration is great too.

Coda is a fantastic application which has incredibly transformative potential for those who are interested in exploring it.

Has a lot of integrations, has powerful table functionality, is has some very nice original features like creating a webpage out of documents.

I loved how you can simply copy and paste an excel sheet in Coda and  bring it to life. Coda also makes it easy to collaborate and track changes done to a shared document.

Vast majority of applications available within one app. So very difficult to search for what is available.

Ease of use, which is huge for growing startups with so many growing pains. Easy to learn, easy to scale, and fully flexible to our startup needs.

No desktop app available + doesn't work well with Safari (a problem for Mac users).

As I said, it's a surprising powerful app that's still very easy to use and the user/dev community is actually very active and helpful.

Hope they fix their pricing model soon, because having documents locked down is not reasonable at our stage of business.

The cost is also quite attractive, making the cost-benefit of the tool as a whole excellent.

Ease of use, the free tier gives a good amount of features already out of the box.

They offer diverse packages to both small, medium and large Organizations. To sum it all up, if your Organization has plenty of money, then you can invest in CODA and enjoy quality support.

I love Coda's flexibility. With my team we use it to define roadmaps and scope projects.

At the time we started using coda very few other tools had the customization abiities of coda and that was a winning point for us.

Perfect, we were younger and needed to quickly prototype and I found it a great place to centralise playbooks, dashboards, and easily collaborate.

Its very easy to use and intuitive. It made creating and organizing data very fun for me.

If you can get the buy in from your team or company to make the swap, giving people the tools to create useful tools for themselves is fantastic.

Really like the formulas and ability to ref arbitrary data.

This feature is currently missing and makes the software difficult to use for managing a large team with multiple documents.

They have been responsive to feature requests, and the product has definitely improved in our time using it.

Before I shifted my businesses to Coda, everything was SO unorganized to the point where I hated coming into work.

However, when the project was over, I accidentally deleted the doc and then I was unable to recover it.

I dont like that anyone on the team can accidentally mark your task complete.

Excellent experience, the tech support is terrific, online questions are answered immediately, most times a simple Google search results in your answer.

Best thing about the software is the ease of use.

It doesn't have some of the flashy features others might, but often those systems are super pricey, or don't work as advertised.

It takes a bit to constantly update the timeline when items are stalled in reviews/approvals, but that will be the case with any project management software.

Finding/navigating the time tracking task is a little strange.

Technical support has been excellent and Workzone staff check in from time to time to learn what else we may need to do our work better.

Customer service is great. The WZ team is always looking to improve their product and service.

Possess all the good features of MS Excel and MS Project, which have been nicely integrated into a nice simple layout. Allows to share documents and message across the team, good for collaboration.

My only complaint is that you cannot open tasks in new tabs on your browser.

The ease of use across the platform is amazing. Easily adopted by all levels of users.

Very cost effective product for our size of a company, to receive this powerful functionality at this cost point was important.

I like the reporting capabilities for resource management and hours tracking. I like the functionality of commenting and emailing through workzone all associated with a task and/or project.

I love that I can find all of my projects quickly and can look up previous projects. I can find files I need to download and get notified when I have to make changes to a doc.

Ease of use, no fancy gimmicks or bells and whistles. Straight forward and clean UI.

User friendly with great features that allow me to stay on top of things while maintaining efficiency.

I love that I can collaborate with team mates on this platform. I can also see the progress of tasks in a team effort environment.

Great in helping our team have greater visibility to everything going on each day.

It is a little difficult to figure out how to retrieve or check out the old projects.

I am presently seeking more conducive facilitation of the calendar view. I have no doubt it will be addressed.

The ease of use made this platform the best solution for our company at the time we decided to purchase.

Overall it has been a very positive experience. The software does nearly everything we need it to do and does it pretty well.

We like the ability to have all Creative Requests in one place, to identify assignments, and track their progress within the system.

Workzone comes with integrated document management solution. Often we need to store files with the projects so our clients can access it.

We are a virtual team and Workzone keeps us organized, on-task and cohesive. It is a great value and a sound investment for any company.

For a software that's so robust, it's quite intuitive. The team have been able to figure out how to navigate around with minimal training.

The software interface has been updated several times lately, which have been great improvements.

Sends email notifications for tasks and sub tasks which is an amazing feature to have.

The software is constantly improving based on feedback so we know we are always getting the best product available.

At first I hated that there were multiple ways of doing nearly everything in the system.

Workzone is a project management solution that offers document management, project collaboration, customizable reporting, resource and task management and time tracking. The software is cloud-based and offers automated emailed reports with up to date project status information.


Workzone provides project information at various levels of detail to accommodate different user roles on the project.
