Fantastic platform to assist with regulatory oversight.

We are able to obtain real-time and accurate information which supports with our oversight.

PROS

Everything is now in one place and it provides a safe and reliable system to record and demonstrate regulatory oversight. This platform brings all of a firms monitoring into one secure platform. Very user friendly and helpful team to get this set up.

CONS

It would be nice to introduce a white label version so we can have our Company branding alongside which helps reinforce to our clients that it is a safe request from our business.

Great for governance, training and monitoring a regulated business

Being compliant! This helped without requiring us to re-invent the wheel.

PROS

The software was an integrated tool that allowed us to build out our compliance function without developing other tools, customising another tool, or purchasing expensive software to meet our regulatory requirements. Compliance Star did this for us out of the box.

CONS

Some features were a touch tricky to navigate, or didn't work well in all browsers, but those issues have been resolved now.
