Pros
- The plugin is handy and are what makes it really rich although the cost of the plugins can start to add up if they are used they are good value.
- Awesome document syncing for online collaboration. Superb permission management for critical security of confidential data.
Cons
- Confluence is not the most intuitive program and learning to properly navigate it took a while. I also dislike that it is possible for one corrupted page to crash a whole file.
- I dislike that Confluence gets a little confusing with multiple links for the same page (a long link and a short link), but it is hard to differentiate.
Pros
- Tracking tasks on projects are top of the line with this software. Reporting and additional features are constantly improving but much better than Microsoft Projects or Smartsheet.
- Teamwork is a user friendly software that allows staff who are less experienced with project management to stay on top of tasks and due dates.
Cons
- I thought this was a computer issue on my end, but other users talked about the same problem, so I would assume it's something Teamwork should look into.
- Inability to import project file (XML or alike). E., to use project management software and upload the project to create tasks and subtasks with assignments and dates.
