Pros/Cons
Pros
- Good product that continues to evolve. The customer experience is excellent and their annual conference is a great opportunity to learn more about how to better use the product.
- Deltek has a very good customer support, they are excellent in providing for defense organizations needs. Their consultants are very knowledgeable and well trained.
- I used this at my previous company and was great for the payroll management and cloud platform. It talks to other applications and gives great analytics.
Cons
- I can't think of a product more "Frankenstein" than this ... it's a collection of fragmented features. Terrible usability, poor design and implementation including.
- The standard reports are very poor. I wonder if they consulted actual users and asked what they needed.
- Lack of direct integration of Time & Expense. Very expensive Deltek consulting, with a one-day (8-hour minimum charge).
Pros
- I am using Inspectorio from last 6 months, its really good software to do inspection. May we can do more with this software but i am just doing inspection and which is really good.
- It has good analytics and it continues to evolve, even if some features are not yet available there is a chance that they will be available in the future.
- IN my experience it helps to have a good comunication with the suppliers, I'm saving time with the reports, and the data analysis.
Cons
- The pictures in the inspectin report are not so clear. You need to prepare an action plan for each defect, instead to put activities foe each one.
- There must be feature to find PPM notws without report number and must be through program name.
