Pros/Cons
Pros
- The variety of templates is impressive, and there's good coverage across a wide variety of functional areas. Very rarely do I look for a template and not have success finding it.
- Customer service is excellent. If I need help finding a tool or applying a resource to my business, the team is highly responsive and helpful.
- What I like best about the software is that there are plans with tactical steps that I can implement.
Cons
- You have to set up your task properly of the all tasks boards becomes so over burdened its becomes useless - just too much stuff.
- The interface, dashboard, colors, etc. are a little dull and I find my team and myself rushing through it as we get bored quickly.
- Likely the problem is on my end and it only occurs rarely.
Pros
- I like this software design its really has beautiful colors also its so fast and useful for save quike notes.
- Evernote is easy to use and navigate it has wonderful features and the customer support is s very nice and helpful.
- Easy to use, useful, quick and pleasant setup. Support is good and i enjoyed my experience using the product.
Cons
- I don't like the lack of customization. Also, i hate that you can not put a folder into a folder.
- The new re-write (v10) is awful, and forced me to revert to v6. Searching for a new alternative while v6 still works.
- Some features in this apps on some devices are located differently, which can be confusing at times.
