  • The best employee scheduling tool that is really easy to use. The great ultimate workforce manager.
  • Gives plenty of info which the business requires. Very happy with the product.
  • Cons

  • You have to pay for admins, managers or approvers even if they are not tracking their own hours.
  • Customer service is horrendous, and the product is unreliable.

  • Very intuitive and easy to use. Perfect software for us to manage the time reporting for our Customer Solutions departments.
  • It is very user friendly. Running different types of reports help us keep track of the hours on each project.
  • Cons

  • Difficult figuring out administrative features.
  • I could not integrate this with our budgeting software, so had to run a report for each and use Excel to do comparisons. I found the report library and search functions a pain to use.
