I don't like the lack of customization. Also, i hate that you can not put a folder into a folder.

Some features in this apps on some devices are located differently, which can be confusing at times.

No real problems other than lack of usage due to feeling a bit burdened by having to maintain two separate task management systems.

It has been a lifesaver in terms of its use. Due to the length of use in our business, it hasn't been to our benefit to switching to a different platform with all our history of notes.

Amazing collaborative workspace to work on docs with multiple people. Pricing isn't cheap, but it's fair and comparable to other platforms.

Great product,  ease of use, affordable. Does everything we need that the larger doc management programs do at a fraction of the cost.

The new re-write (v10) is awful, and forced me to revert to v6. Searching for a new alternative while v6 still works.

I have not reached out to customer service so I would not know how to rate that. It is overall an OK software.

Don't offer a read-only mode, to prevent users from accidentally change the content.

This is the best app for taking notes and keeping on track all my life. Very friendly interface and easy to use.

It is easy to use and very it has a very clean user interface. The hint and helps also are very useful.

The application integration is excellent, I can use it in many devices. The application interface is very good and quite intuitive.

Just some minor UX hiccups here and there, but insignificant enough that they don’t hinder using the product.

It integrates terribly with other software, and I found it to have the same fate as paper notebooks - dusty and lost, un-used.

Clippings from the web, link bookmarks and chrome integrations were nice. The product worked, and there is lot of value in solving that first.

Still there's no undo button, which makes it scary sometime hen you accidentally erase you have been going through.

Evernote Business is an amazing, note-taking, multi-platform software for businesses because of their best in class collaborative features, clean and minimalistic design, perfect sync, and much more.

This application also using quite large of my phone RAM as it will keep lagging and crash when i am using it more than one hour.

The lack of ad hoc analysis. There is an option, but not down to the detail I look for at times.

Early on, the graphic interface was a bit confusing for some users.

I like the graphic interface which follows my location using my phone's GPS.

M worried the data collected will be used to decide how long tasks should take in my department. Task in my department can and do range all over the place, so aggregates have little to no value.

Although we have been using the nrby app for a short time, I can already see tremendous benefits as it relates to managing my manpower, budget, projects and technicians safety to name a few.

Being cloud based, there is no need for complicated VPNs. The operating costs are very manageable and easy to justify based upon the increase in process efficiencies we have seen.

Ve been very satisfied with Nrby overall Seems to make it easier to see who completed work and track what has been completed.

Very user friendly for our company to implement and use on a daily basis. This program gives us the ability to keep track of all that is going on and anything that needs addressed over a large area.

Pins sometimes disappears. Set a pin at the start of a job, and it disappears when you go back in to close it.

The GUI is simple, easy to use, and well laid out. The development team has been amazing at adding new features upon our request, and are really responsive.

Hands down the Nrby product and support is one of the best tools I have been introduced to at WOW.

Ease of use in changing and defining pins/attributes. Customer support response time to problems.

The phone app that we use is very slow and will close on it's own and the info you were trying to put in a pin will be lost.
