I don't like the lack of customization. Also, i hate that you can not put a folder into a folder.

Some features in this apps on some devices are located differently, which can be confusing at times.

No real problems other than lack of usage due to feeling a bit burdened by having to maintain two separate task management systems.

It has been a lifesaver in terms of its use. Due to the length of use in our business, it hasn't been to our benefit to switching to a different platform with all our history of notes.

Amazing collaborative workspace to work on docs with multiple people. Pricing isn't cheap, but it's fair and comparable to other platforms.

Great product,  ease of use, affordable. Does everything we need that the larger doc management programs do at a fraction of the cost.

The new re-write (v10) is awful, and forced me to revert to v6. Searching for a new alternative while v6 still works.

I have not reached out to customer service so I would not know how to rate that. It is overall an OK software.

Don't offer a read-only mode, to prevent users from accidentally change the content.

This is the best app for taking notes and keeping on track all my life. Very friendly interface and easy to use.

It is easy to use and very it has a very clean user interface. The hint and helps also are very useful.

The application integration is excellent, I can use it in many devices. The application interface is very good and quite intuitive.

Just some minor UX hiccups here and there, but insignificant enough that they don’t hinder using the product.

It integrates terribly with other software, and I found it to have the same fate as paper notebooks - dusty and lost, un-used.

Clippings from the web, link bookmarks and chrome integrations were nice. The product worked, and there is lot of value in solving that first.

Still there's no undo button, which makes it scary sometime hen you accidentally erase you have been going through.

I love that I can take notes and have pictures on the same seen without having to go thru too much work. Absolutely love the ease of editing and having everything I need within a simple click.

I would recommend it to someone who wants to develop their note-taking skills. Increased quality and reliability would benefit both you and your staff.

Evernote Business is an amazing, note-taking, multi-platform software for businesses because of their best in class collaborative features, clean and minimalistic design, perfect sync, and much more.

This application also using quite large of my phone RAM as it will keep lagging and crash when i am using it more than one hour.

It has a slick UI and it offers so much features, useful ones that you will actually use, it makes itself an invaluable tool in your task management arsenal.

If you often have to manage complex tasks projects, OmniFocus is well probably the best choice. They recently added tags.

I tried a dozen to-do apps before purchasing OF3 and stuck with it a few months but the interface wasn't right for me and it was too fiddly and too overwhelming.

But it is more expensive than some lesser products. I think you get what you pay for with this one.

There is also a learning curve. There is no Windows version.

OmniFocus is the best and the most powerful GTD software that I have used.

I also miss a feature to calculate availability/capacity.

Great tool that people swear by, but simpler tools exist. The effectiveness of this tool is completely base don the user.

Unfortunately I'm required to use a PC at work and was unhappy only managing my tasks on my phone.

When you are invested in the system and the GTD (Getting Things Done) Methodology, OmniFocus works quite well.

Another gripe I have with the Omni Group is that they are not very open to third-party integrations. OmniFocus exposes an AppleScript API, but the functionality is limited.

It was a great clean interface when I used it. Has offline capabilities on the desktop app and on the phone.

If you have an Android phone you can have a hard time accessing your info. There is no official Android app (and probably will never be).

The price when I got it was actually great, it was a one-time purchase, not subscription like it is now. However, I have switched to Todoist which meets my needs so much better.

No feature on PC environment which is a downside for office environment. On Mac/IOS environment it works very well.

I'm a visual person and OmniFocus has an attractive design that I enjoyed using.

I love working with OmniFocus and the extendability it has. I used some scripts to help me keep track of my assigned issues on Github.

As a big fan of GTD (Getting Things Done), I love that Omnifocus was built around it from the ground up to serve the GTD methodology.

Omnifocus is a great to do  manager and it has gotten better over the years. It really helps streamline processes.

Literally my number one favorite application - an absolute lifesaver.

Omnifocus is the best for me when life gets super busy. I love the automation and the project management templates.

Lack of repeatable alarms, and you can spend a lot of time fiddling with the settings.

A number of features that allow you to sort tasks and arrange them in a multitude of sophisticated ways, so you can organize tasks in ways not possible through a simple to-do list.

I especially loved its Forecast feature and it tight integration with macOS and iOS versions that made using it a seamless experience.

OmniFocus has changed my task management strategy and I cannot use any other system now because of how scalable and powerful this system is. Amazing product and customer service/support.
