  • Pros

  • Amazing collaborative workspace to work on docs with multiple people. Pricing isn't cheap, but it's fair and comparable to other platforms.
  • Great product, ease of use, affordable. Does everything we need that the larger doc management programs do at a fraction of the cost.
  • Cons

  • I don't like the lack of customization. Also, i hate that you can not put a folder into a folder.
  • Some features in this apps on some devices are located differently, which can be confusing at times.

  • Ora has an eye-catching interface, simple to interpret layout and an excellent overview of tasks that require my attention. Also integration with existing systems (Slack, etc.) is very handy.
  • It has a native MacOS app. The support replies right away and is super helpful.
  • Cons

  • Moving the Projects from an Organization to another or even moving them inside the Organization itself is really frustrating. I wish it could be done by just dragging and dropping.
  • The lack of recurring tasks is a sore point for our entire team, as well as a number of bugs which occur during a search.
