I tested a few BPM tool such as Kissflow and for me Flokzu is definitely stronger. The team is great and they even developed a few features for us over the years.

Flokzu is a very efficient, intuitive platform and allows us to automate processes without having to generate a single line of code, on the other hand it does not require complex configurations or specialized consulting services since it is oriented so that the members of the organization can design forms and workflows with a graphic and simple tool, but robust and with multiple parameterization options.

Flokzu is excellent in the implementation and automation of processes without the need to generate code for the creation of forms, design of the workflow and in general for the assignment of dozens of functions that have already been programmed and are ready to be used.In addition, Flokzu has spent time integrating with other developers to use multiple functionalities and incorporate them transparently, making more and more users prefer it in their organizations.With Flokzu it is very easy to register and customize a form, build the execution flow based on our needs, record what will happen and manage approvals or rejections within the flow, in addition to the fact that we can incorporate elements and objects based on our needs without the use of code.

Flokzu has functionalities that we may not be familiar with, so we should spend time investigating the applications that these modules can offer; this could be important at the beginning of a project and not during the execution itself. For example, creating an API Key might not be intuitive at first, or web integrations that require deeper knowledge. However, there is a lot of documentation that allows us to familiarize ourselves and achieve the objectives based on the particular needs of the organization.

Flokzu is great for workflow processes, but requires a little bit more training to be able to use it properly.

Flokzu is designed for making workflow processes, where each step can be completed online and assigned to different users. One of the outstanding features compared to its competitors is the ability to set up custom reporting. The GUI looks nice and is easy to navigate.

You have to make models to set up the flow of a process in stead of writing a basic set of rules to govern this. This visual style of depicting the flow works well untill you reach complex processed with lots of branching paths. The other downside I found is that you are often placed back in your 'home' screen instead of going back to where you left off. For instance, if you finish a task after clicking on it in your Inbox, you are placed back at your home screen, instead of automatically going back to your Inbox.

- We mainly use Flokzu for our Purchase order process, for approval. We would have loved to connect it to our accounting system to calculate accounting provisions but it is not possible - Functionalities I would have appreciated : * have more datas to play with, as an administrator * customize the invitations by email to attach a document (our process) * duplicate an instance

Flokzu is really helpfull for us because now we are well organized and we can follow the flows created. It helped us to standardise our process and have better visibility on them.

There are a few things on the forms of each instance that are not customizable yet. It would be great to be able to have conditions on the flow according to the value of tables, for example. But I believe that this will continue improving since the team has been doing improvements continuously.
