Previously I would use a dedicated PM system and wish I had more insight into my business. #### Cons Some of the UI feels outdated. I feel like it can be improved. Ofc. any SaaS is constantly evolving and there are always some features that are missing, but to my surprise I haven't come across with any "missing features" with Flowlu, as of yet. I am sure there are some things that don't work as you'd like, or something just simply is missing, but to be honest... Flowlu truly is not JUST a CRM. It's actually a holistic "all-around" business management SaaS. So it has CRM functionalities, but that's not all. Which is exactly why I got it! From the first moment on when I logged in, I saw the UI which is SUPER clean! Now that's what I talking about! But the actual big thing here is the vision this team has for Flowlu. From what I can tell... from what I've seen and experienced so far... This tool is quite unique. They actually aim to create a COMPLETE SaaS tool that is not just CRM, ERP, or any one individual "corner" of the business SaaS landscape. Flowlu actually already has all of the core functionalities that you'd be looking for in any CRM, but in addition to that, it has time tracking, invoicing, etc. And all these together help you build a solid business on top of one SaaS that is going to swallow many competitors in the years to come. ...And one thing that was actually quite amazing! At first when I read the comments here and saw people praising their customer support... I didn't really believe all of them. But now that I've had some personal experience with Flowlu and the team, I can't but hit you with 5 tacos! You even responded to my "not so urgent" support ticket on Saturday, which I truly didn't expect :) The support team is very kind and knowledgeable, they give you short and precise answers with clear instructions. Now, what else could I wish for? Well, not a thing! #### Cons Now, this is a tough one. No joke. As there is hardly anything I "dislike", which is super rare in SaaS tools. Though if I had to mention one thing... It would be the MAS functionalities. ...But then again, I didn't get Flowlu to do marketing automations. But I wouldn't be surprised if they went ahead and implemented these functionalities into the tool in the years to come, as it would be very much in line with their vision for Flowlu. So yes, I guess I could mention the MAS side as a "con", but they don't even claim to offer that so really I can't complain :D #### Reasons for choosing Flowlu I chose Flowlu for its "completeness" in the vision and problems they are trying to solve. Flowlu isn't "just a CRM" or "just an ERP"... Task management, CRM, Project management, workspaces dedicated to some work units or projects (allowing me to gather all of the activities of my companies in the same software with access restrictions for each workspace), Finance (invoice/estimates, recurring invoices, and money (CashFlow and P&L management), automation of processes (invoicing and so on), file storage (no need for Dropbox or Google Drive anymore!), calendar, custom fields and lists, knowledge base for your company so that new users can have access to all of the informations you want, mind maps, emails, and the client portal! So much features at your fingertip and I forgot a lot of others! #### Cons The only con I see now is that I can't use the Finance part for my company as it is not (yet...) thought for French companies. It misses some elements to be fully compatible with French accounting obligations.But they are already working on the French language, so they will probably get to it some day too!I would also love to be able to connect my Flowlu account to my company's caldav, outside of the well done included calendars. It's a good tool for the price point. There are a lot of other project management tools out there that are super pricey and they don't provide the features that the people want. I can't say the same about Flowlu. For the price and their support and the features they are constantly building on, you really can't beat this tool. I had the option to go with a multitude of other project management tools but Flowlu seemed like the best choice for me. I do use another tool Taskomat to track time against a monthly budget because Flowlu doesn't offer that, but it's not THAT big of a deal for me. It would be nice if Flowlu offered it so I could consolidate everything into one tool but it's cool. I like how easy it is to set up the dashboard exactly as you want it whether it's on desktop or the mobile application. I like how easy it is to set up invoices and get quotes to clients. I like the email tracking features. Their customer support is pretty good as well. #### Cons I don't like the lack of project budgeting features and not being able to track time against a set hourly budget/total cost. I don't like that there's no easy way to see a sum of your time spent on a specific date on a specific client, especially when its dispersed through different tasks. I don't like that I can't customize the calendar modules and task modules to make them make more sense for my flow. #### Reasons for choosing Flowlu Price point & community. No incentive was offered When you first open the software you are presented with an excellent Onboarding feature that will get you up and running very quickly. I recommending going through it. For us, the CRM functionality was key so I focused on that. Within minutes I had created a number of custom fields and had some contacts entered. The feature list is huge and it took some time to figure out exactly what we needed and what we didn't. I was easily able to turn off the Apps we won't be using and it helped clear up some of the confusion. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros The absolutely best feature of this software is just how customizable it is. You can turn sections on or off as you like. The ability to add custom fields to the Contacts is a killer feature of the program! #### Cons Well...there is so much in the software it is really easy to become overwhelmed. Most things are turned on by default and it is easy to get lost in the features. My suggestion would be to start using a couple of core Apps and turn on new ones as you become familiar with the ones you are using. #### Reasons for choosing Flowlu We were looking for a CRM and everyone we looked at either lacked customizable features or was priced outside what our comfort level was. Flowlu is a great help when it comes to organizing information about my clients all in one place. It is also a great solution for small businesses that don't have a dedicated IT staff to integrate several systems. It is one system that can keep track of clients, prospects, and leads and also invoice your clients, and also track projects, and also track tasks, and email, and create a knowledgebase, and I hear that a client portal is coming soon. It is one system which puts all of your client interactions at your fingertips. I really like the concept of one integrated system that keeps track of most of the things I need to do with clients every day rather than duplicate data entry for several disconnected systems. This is especially important for small companies like mine that have limited bandwith. #### Cons When transitioning to the system from another CRM, I could not move all of my information over easily. The email history that could be transferred was limited and there is no way to import older emails. Many of the fields were not importable and information had to be either entered by hand or adapted to other types of fields. Tags can not be imported. There is no way to add an opportunity column to the "Record Lists" (a great feature other than that). #### Reasons for switching to Flowlu More functionality for a similar price --- ### Everything in one place.
