  • Pros

  • We love how intuitive the software is and easy to use. The people at the company are great, too, and the training and support is phenomenal.
  • We like how FP serves as an aggregate for our production, sales and accounting divisions. The FP staff are very helpful and exceedingly pleasant (love those Canadians!).
  • Well-thought out strategy of how everything works together. Fantastic technical support, very fast to respond and resolve, and one of my favorite support groups to work with.
  • Cons

  • Very difficult to use for projects that have open-ended costs and fixed costs combined--designed for one or the other, not both. Quickbooks integration has been very time-consuming and frustrating.
  • Theres been a few times where syncing has thrown off invoicing and function point has had to trouble shoot with our bookkeeper.
  • Difficult to search for jobs, overwhelming to learn in the beginning. All of the tabs and buttons are confusing, especially for a right brain person vs a left brain person.

  • It was a good experience, I used it both as part of the team and as an admin and it was nice and organised. Mobile version worked good as well.
  • Monday.com is user friendly and helps to keep our team on the task at hand. I like being able to assign teammates to the assignments with a due date is very helpful to keep our week productive.
  • It's probably the most easy to use platform for task management, the design is great and the overall performance is very good.
  • Cons

  • The only downside I have encountered was probably use error, wherein I set up 2 logins by accident.
  • They shut down our free trial on us with no notice and we lost all our data for over 2 months. Customer service was horrific and gave us the run around.
  • It's really difficult to consider anything I loathed in slack. It generally appears to figure, it doesn't have the conveyance issues Teams do.
