Also great reporting tool: the organisation knows where most time and energy is invested by its employees.

Like that it's cloud-based so it's easy to do my job on the go. Customer support is good.

Missing multiple currency integration for agencies working in multiple countries.

I like that the dashboard is  customizable and you can set it up how you like it. I also like the way that the notes and comments are structured.

I like that it is easy to navigate and find things quickly. I like how the interface is branded and the some of the reporting is great.

The downside is it always only shows everyone in the company, which isn't ever what I need.

I love how naturally intuitive the software is. It's really easy to use and navigate  - couldn't be any simpler.

Their client services team is great! it provides integration of different metrics and views of projects and agency management.

I like the ability to search notes, jobs, and companies. I also like being able to easily see where we are with budgets and services.

Excellent - the only issue was when they updated the display of the task page and the took the feedback and improved it for the customer.

Using this to enter jobs and track time has been a great help to improve productivity. Also has been a good way of tracking the jobs assigned to me that have been finished for long periods of time.

Very difficult to use for projects that have open-ended costs and fixed costs combined--designed for one or the other, not both. Quickbooks integration has been very time-consuming and frustrating.

Theres been a few times where syncing has thrown off invoicing and function point has had to trouble shoot with our bookkeeper.

I would absolutely recommend Function Point to any team looking to streamline their workflows, seamlessly collaborate on projects, and increase revenues as a result.

Great time tracking software. Great for project estimations and invoicing.

Difficult to search for jobs, overwhelming to learn in the beginning. All of the tabs and buttons are confusing, especially for a right brain person vs a left brain person.

It's best feature is most probably the time tracking functionality. Every employee uses it to track their time daily, then reports will be created and send directly to clients.

Hard to mark up printing costs without showing this to our client. Hard to review total income after marking up printing costs.

Constant improvements and features make the software quite competitive when compared to other industry standards, although it is not as common.

Its ok but wish the interface looked a bit more modern and more user friendly.

The continued webinars are super helpful. We're able to provide a better service to our clients, thanks to fp.

It's a perfect tool for team management, great for planning, the dashboard customization is great improvement and for someone who hate accounting and invoicing like I do, it's the perfect tool.

We like how FP serves as an aggregate for our production, sales and accounting divisions. The FP staff are very helpful and exceedingly pleasant (love those Canadians!).

It's also hard to see the status of other people's tasks in the same project. You can't just click into a parent task and see everything, you have to filter by their name and scan through their tasks.

Great tool to put your tasks and also tasks for the team. Further, you can also monitor the status of each task/sub-task.

I guess these are the best things I noticed in the application itself. Pretty happy that we as a team using this software.

No status of a project, besides general terms. The overview shows graphs and charts that are useless and cannot default a view without them.

Functionality great - pricing policy not so good.

We hope you will continue to improve Taskworld, we really think you have a very very powerful solution (maybe a little overpriced compared to other solutions, but it still worth it!).

The only downside for me is lack of caching on iOS.

QA seems to be lacking, features break without warning and working around until they fix it is difficult at times.

It's very easy to use and is a does have so many categories for organizing neatly. I also do really like the analytics.

I really appreciate the daily digest, the overview screen that shows me everything that needs to be done that week between all my projects, and I like the ease of use.

I think the product is great. It certainly helps me facilitate my workflow and integration with team members, other teams and the entire company.

Also there are now consistent and annoying issues with bugs and very slow loading times, that didn't used to exist.

Taskworld is great for tracking multiple projects in multiple teams while providing an easy to use interface and reducing clutter.

I have been using Taskworld for a couple of years now. Their customer service is outstanding.

The fact that you can build your OWN workflow as you want it and as better works for you is such a great feature. They got me with that one.

It's the best solution to collaborate and share with team members. The efficiency of the work is also rising, and my colleagues feel fun to work.

The only thing that I wish it had was an integration into Gmail so that I could add tasks directly from emails as client requests came in. That would have made it a really great tool.

Over all, Taskworld is a great product for project management.

Customer service is great and responsive and personable, which in this day and age is always a very big surprise and great selling point. Totally inexpensive - for mid-range features.

The customer support is amazing. The price could be a little better(like $5 /Mo. for the monthly and annually subscriptions).

There is no calendar function which, given the myriad of features offered, is surprising,  a calendar would really add to this particular tool. The android app is horrendous, it is so slow.

If you set it up to remind you about everything you've input - it will surely do that - this system will remind the hell out of you.

If you accidentally erase and delete something it is hard to get it back.
