Pros
- Being able to integrate our projects into one space and track them in real time has also been a great help in understanding how the workload and expenses are distributed in our lab.
- Very nice looking webpage, and good customer service as well.
Cons
- We do not manage our projects outside the office. However, the lack of mobile apps surprised me.
- It's lack of options for brand customisation, cannot add company logos or change the font, the colours are fairly limited as well.
Pros
- The user interface is also very intuitive and easy to use. Redmine is also very well documented, with tutorials, guides, and sample projects available to help users get up and running quickly.
- Basically, you can add anything you can think of or simply just build it yourself if there's not a tool out there you like or want to pay for.
Cons
- The organization is very confusing and is hard to navigate. I've learned how to navigate it, but it's still a pain to find anything.
- End-user always complain me about the software is hard to use. For me, a tech, I fell it's OK.
