Glasscubes offers cloud-based collaboration solution for businesses. It provides for file sharing, collaboration and document management, making it accessible from devices with an internet connection.

Glasscubes’ file sharing module lets users store their documents in the cloud, while it’s online community facilitates knowledge sharing. Users can upload any type of file they want without size restriction and can share files with people who are not subscribed to Glasscubes by sending them a password-protected link.

This software features a “whiteboard” tool, where team members can jot down notes and attach images and links on a shareable whiteboard. Glasscubes also offers a buildable knowledge base, allowing team members to share information and questions in one location. Users can attach conversations to documents and make sure the relevant documents are associated with a project.

Pricing is based on the number of users per month. Telephone and live chat support are offered.

I like being notified when a new post is made, helps me keep up-to-date. I have had no problem uploading files. I find it user friendy to navigate and easily find what I am looking for.

Pros

I like the drop down menu, the ease of adding file folders and uploading documents

Cons

At first glance it appears overwhelming and complicated, but once you play around in it, it isn' that way at all.

Great task management and client portal in one.

It not only helps me to keep GDPR compliant but also improves communications with my clients who also love it.

Pros

As an accountant I find Glasscubes is excellent for not only getting to grips with multiple tasks/deadlines and maintaining a client overview but also as a client portal. I also love the responsive and friendly support from the staff.

Cons

There are some areas that could be improved such as the Gantt chart style view of tasks

Great software for small agencies!

Really great software. We're a small agency and it works really well for us task management-wise. The customer support is great too!

Pros

Glasscubes Intranet/CRM - What a find

Our experience with Glasscubes has been an extremely positive one since the moment I first spoke to Craig. He conducted two online presentations, which having sold software for 18 years, I think are some of the best I have had. Clear, concise, informative, in plain english and no hard sell (just let the product do the work for him!). The implementation and on-boarding process is both intuitive and straight forward with lots of support both from the team and from online content, which is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for our primary contacts. Pound for pound, Glasscubes exceeds expectation and I can only imagine will get better and better. Yes there are improvements that can be made but their 'vote for new functionality' that clients can access will enable them to prioritise and gauge what to do next. We are a team of 13 and the overwhelming feedback has been really positive from the whole company and has made us far more collaborative, centralising all our work and creating a focal point for our company. I very much look forward to working with Glasscubes for many years to come and if they maintain their standards, they will become a real force in this market and a natural choice for small SMEs.

Pros

Ease of use. Navigating folders, and adding files is easy. Sharing information across a wide geographical area is made simple.

Cons

The visuals. It's not the best looking platform. It could be somewhat more crisp in appearance, a little tidier.

Easy version control. Great to have documents with you everywhere.

Pros

Easy to control versions, love how I can access anywhere with any device. Believe it or not this tech is new to the healthcare business!

Cons

Having to download and edit and upload new versions every time. The 'file unlocked' vs 'locked' functionality is a little confusing.

I'm not computer savy but Glasscubes has been easy for me to navigate through.

I get to see comment from people I do not see on a regular basis.

Pros

It is helping me with my job, and learning to use different types of software is a must at this agency. The more I use it the more I learn and the more comfortable i'm getting with using computers. I do not dread having to log in.

Cons

At the moment I have no cons. This software is new for me to be using. But i'm comfortable with using it. Also there is a whole lot of other individuals using this software as well.

Useful online portal for filesharing.

Sharing large files easily and with the convenience of alerting team members in one click.

Pros

Ability to preview PDF files before downloading and ability to quickly review recent uploads. Glasscubes is clear and easy to use.

Cons

Certain file formats cannot be previewed. Ability to preview DWG files would be a useful addition to the software.

There are many advantages of Glasscubes.

A great online platform to share information, communicate and manage projects from site or office.

Version control is a great tool that we didn't have before. For general office documents its very fast.

Pros

The file versioning is a great tool, making updates for files easier without the need to replace them.

Cons

Certain file types are awkward to update, for example, drawing files with xrefs attached. You need to download them to edit and then upload them back manually.

Nice project management software, but not mind-blowing.

Pros

Glasscubes is a platform that helps collaboration in small business or any work team. It has pretty good features: File sharing, progress tracking, result delivering, budget watching, email and text notifications.

It helps and saves time. Its app is really easy to use.




Cons

It could be expensive for small businesses and its UI is not memorable. I would suggest trying around other apps before choosing the final.

Really helpful website for encouraging collaboration. Can be a bit clunky to use.

Pros

Great, speedy customer service with instant responses. Makes it Easy to collaborate with colleagues across different organisations.

Cons

Uploading pictures can be tricky - need to be sized before uploading which can involve a lot of faffing. Not always the most intuitive to use.
