User Friendly and Manage Tasks very effectively with great features to use.
Planning & managing tasks. Our team uses it to manage multiple projects. It's Awesome! Still there are great features to explore. Images can also be uploaded to the task. Task can easily be assigned and set "Action required" by User with different available required Status. Deadline or Start/End time can also be set with the task. Day-by-Day, GoodDay is achieving different goals. I highly recommend this product, as it do what is required to do.
PROSGoodDay is an excellent product. It is well organized and easy to use product. It has options for project management and has user friendly interface. It has features like organized Calendar, different view options of project tasks, setting Priority, Deadline, Progress, etc. Users knows exactly what to do, who is responsible for a task with priority and time. "Status" can be changed easily one after another while progressing the task and assigning it to next level. You can also view/edit your task in Mobile using GoodDay mobile application. It is an excellent and very effective product for organizing and managing your work effortlessly.
CONSWish to have more functionality to manage projects and tasks using Mobile App.

Near-perfect with little rough corners.
We love it - period.
PROSThe UI is great. No more issues like with our previous software. Thinks work, no lags, you can get stuff done in so much less time. Let's very self-explanatory.
CONSYou can't auto-expand subtasks at all, especially not by default.

Better UI, more customization, CRM system, company seems less likely to IPO or get bought up (often, companies that do that degrade in quality)
Reasons for switching to GoodDay
ClickUp has terrible performance, doesn't offer self-hosting / on premise, and forced us on higher pricing. They have database issues, they have terrible UX and just make their UI beautiful over functional. GoodDay hit the almost perfect spot between good UX and good UI. There's a few rough corners, but they are little compared to the mess that is ClickUp.

Great way to start planning
- Use it to keep track of every colleague's task progress. - Simple and easy to use but lack of flexibility to customize further.
PROS- Able to assign task to colleague easily. - Keep track of task's progress and who responsible to complete the task.
CONS- Lack of integration with popular task tools such as Slack, Trello, Jira or IFTTT.

Best in class product
Goodday is an all in one solution to handle projects: - ability to create custom types for tasks with its own settings - out of the box time tracking functionality without any plugins and additional charges - reporting - hierarchy permissions - big library of project, task templates and ability to create own templates - nice modules to store documentation, expenses and HR records - great free plan with 2 weeks trial to check all the functionality and verify that this solution is suitable for you
CONSAt my take some time to get used to little bit old-fasioned UI. But improvements are delivered regularly and awesome functionality outweighs it

Premium product at low cost
I've tested Jira, MeisterTask, Asana, Basecamp, Podio, Trello, Freecamp and many others, Goodday is by far the easiest to use, is ultra fast and provides many customisations options from scrum, kanban, task prioritization, etc. It adapts to your working style.
PROSGoodday is ultra fast, the interface updates instantly so you can move on to the next task. There are so MANY customisation options that you can configure the tool to your working habits and flow, instead of the other way around.
CONSLefthand navigation menu can be a bit cluttered but that's of my own doing as I added too many options myself. Again this can be configure to display less or more items.

Real management software for everyday users
As a complete beginner I was able to use the gantt chart to manage our projects and share this information with the client. Other heavily marketed options were either too complicated or simply didn`t do the job.
PROSEase of use. I am able to just pay for the team members involved in the project at that time.
CONSNot the softwares fault, but i would like to learn to use more of the features. Also a timesheet feature would be very handy.

Helps organize daily tasks and make updates effectively.
With the help of GoodDay, we've been able to consolidate and prioritize all tasks, and we've also been able to have all members collaborate in sharing updates.
PROSWith GoodDay, we have a great feature for organizing to-do lists and preparing workflow charts, and it's good that daily activities, information, and documents are organized in one place. With GoodDay, all team members can participate, as well as follow the daily schedule of tasks and make updates via their own boards. We can also discuss, exchange opinions, and write comments thanks to the powerful communication channels, which help us keep the affairs of the project always under control. GoodDay's automation and scheduling are effective, enabling us to investigate the impact of changes and completion rates on planned closing dates, find expected closing dates, and quickly identify critical activities.
CONSI don't think GoodDay is ideal for complex projects, where can get out of control when dealing with a large number of tasks. At the same time, due to the wide range of communication options it offers, GoodDay is a great solution for tracking projects with a small number of tasks, where the team can focus on daily updates and catch up on all the details effortlessly.

"A Day Well Spent: My Review of GoodDay"
GoodDay has been an amazing experience for me. The platform has given me the opportunity to write high-quality content in a fraction of the time that it would take to do so manually. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate and find the features I'm looking for.
PROSOne of the things that I liked most about GoodDay software is its intuitive user interface. It was easy to navigate and use, even for those who are not tech-savvy. The software had various features that made it ideal for the tasks I needed to complete. The software also provided a chatbot that could answer basic questions and provide automated customer service.
CONSAfter a thorough analysis of the GoodDay software, I was left feeling quite underwhelmed. The UI and UX design was less than satisfactory, as the navigation was clunky and the visuals were not visually appealing. The interface was very confusing, which hindered my ability to get the most out of the software. Additionally, the software was unreliable, often freezing or crashing, making it difficult to complete tasks.

Fav Project Management Tool
The first few times I struggle, once I learned how to maximize the tools it was like heaven on earth. Beautiful and most importantly clear and logical dashboards. The number of features on the paid version can be imposing but they are all useful. I do wish there was a trial option, sometimes when advising my costumer or employees about the tool they always want to have a trial period to see if it is what they are looking for and when the notice you either have the free or paid version they are desssincorage.
PROSThe easiness to navigate thru projects and dashboards. Customer support is on point and provides quick and useful resolutions. Many features, in regards to providing visibility and real-time status on dashboard ahhh *chef kiss*, and honestly once you learn you can never forget about it.
CONSCrashes constantly sometimes are down due to maintenance and the times that those are scheduled happen to be during business hours. Too many features... yeah I mean once you master them all you see the benefits of them being there but to train new users and try to get them up to speed can be challenging.

PROSIt's extremely easy to use, it's got all the functions you need, really a few useless functions so that choosing the right one is fast.
CONSReally a few things. Let's say I don't like the fact that I can't track my time in advance, that in some occasions could be useful.

Best and cheapest website hosting service out there
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! FAST and LIVE Human technical support.
PROS- The simplicity of its user interface - Its very responsive (mobile friendly) website - The live presence of its Chat customer support almost everywhere on its website - Its Really responsive phone technical support ! Even if sometimes you have to wait a few minutes (from 5 to 30 mins) but you will always end u p to get a human technician to answer your question at the end - Its very inexpensive prices - Its Multiple Language customer service - Its Great reseller revenue deals
CONSThe long waiting line sometimes to get access to the phone or chat based technical support. Even if most of the times they can promote being one the fastest hosting companies out there in terms of support, but the reality is that once I even had to wait nearly one (1) hour before having a technician ending the music on the holding line.

Very simple to use, and it helps to multi-task, track progress and engage team members
I've tried multiple other tools for project management, but GoodDay is the only one that made my work easier starting day 1. I love it because 99% of its interface makes sense. Also, there are tons of features that I don't use - and they don't stand on the way. I only see what I need to see, and it's easy to focus on the right things. Also, the timer sticks to the very bottom of the screen and doesn't irritate me, unlike other timer tools :)
PROSThe timer feature is perfect for tracking time investments for each task during the day. No more manual logging! And the way it sums up work hours in the end of each day, week, month - per person, per task, etc - makes HR reporting so easy! Also, the interface is very intuitive and user-friendly. In just 2 hours you can schedule lots of projects and see all tasks, subtasks and deadlines on a single dashboard. Actually, lots of different dashboards, to track every aspect of project management, and easy switching between them.
CONSThe smartphone version is not as perfect as the desktop browser version.

CONSSometimes when entering information on the fields the page stops accepting the text and we need to click again on the field to be able to continue writing. This is annoying.

GoodDay is an easy to use tool that at the same time has a lot of functions.
We set the workflow of all marketing projects in our company.
PROSWhat I like the most is that the logic of this tool is based on psychology. A big emphasis is given to accountability and the ways people can become motivated to work harder. For example, people can see who's responsible for the next step and what exactly should be done. You can see all your projects in one place and sort them by status, deadlines, members and so on. The tool gives you statistics and reports on each team member's productivity. You can check your company's overall productivity and results thanks to these smart reports.
CONSIt's not comfortable to use GoodDay via browser on mobile. But I don't know who needs it as you can download an application for Android or for iPhone.

Simple yet powerful project and issue management tool
Excellent and simple to use Tool. Definitely a must use tool for project companies.
