HERO bietet eine großartige Mischung aus Baustellendokumentation und Buchhaltung. Die Zeiterfassung ist ein weiteres Feature, das uns enorm hilft. HERO Software ist einfach zu bedienen und bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Besonders gefallen uns die vorgefertigten Texte und die Dokumentenerstellung. Die Bedienerfreundlichkeit des Systems und die Möglichkeit, es in der Cloud zu nutzen, haben unseren Arbeitsalltag erheblich vereinfacht. Außerdem schätzen wir die Rolle und Zugriffsrechteverwaltung, sowie die Möglichkeit Personalverwaltungen und Urlaubsanträge zu managen.

Wir würden uns eine Schnittstelle zu Datev Online wünschen, die scheint aber bereits in der Entwicklung zu sein.

HERO bietet als Cloud-basierte Softwarelösung für uns zahlreiche Vorteile. Insbesondere die mobile App, die Optik und Funktionen der Software haben uns überzeugt. Wir schätzen die Weiterentwicklung der Firma und die integrierte Plantafel mit der wir unsere Mitarbeiter verplanen. Zudem spart die IDS-Schnittstelle uns viel Zeit, da wir so Bestellungen beim Großhändler direkt vornehmen können.

Wir würden uns wünschen, dass die Pausenzeiten automatisch von der Zeiterfassung abgezogen werden, da ist aber laut Produktportal auch schon was in der Umsetzung bei HERO.

Die Oberfläche ist grundsätzlich übersichtlich gestaltet und für kleinere Betriebe gut geeignet. Die grundlegenden Funktionen wie Zeiterfassung und Angebotsübersicht sind solide umgesetzt.

Die Angebotsmaske ist leider wenig flexibel – individuelle Anpassungen oder komplexere Positionen lassen sich nur schwer umsetzen. Subunternehmen kann ich nicht direkt einplanen, was für unseren Ablauf essenziell wäre. Zudem ist das Erstellen von To-Dos extrem mühsam und wenig intuitiv.
