Giving my clients the tools to see the vision. #### Cons Dealing with tools that stop working and how the burry the help tools and how we only get help during weekdays. The price has tripled in the last 2 years. When you used the 3d tool it glitches and is it getting true measurement. Then you have take hours to correct the scanned walls and cabinets. Having enough build tools for design no ceiling elevations for seconds of homes . Not being able to use IPad to design drawings and mood boards Being able to get quotes with actual cabinet elevations with each measurement of cabinets on the drawings . The product clipper makes it quick and easy to add products to your selections board and quote out items that are not included on the houzz platform already, making it easy to sell anything you can source to your clients. They charged me almost $6k for a service I did not want and have not used #### Cons They set me up on a free trial. My sales rep, [sensitive content hidden] intentionally misled me by explaining all costs in terms of monthly cost. Then at the very end, sends a contract that has me paying for the entire year up front. I had multiple conversations with them about how the service was not working out for me during the trial period and how I was going to be using a competitor instead. Rather than cancelling my account, they send me a link to cancel it myself. I fill out the form and forget about it. Months later when doing annual reconciliation of my business, I see I was charged $5,750!! They said they have no record of a cancellation form from me. I have not touched this app or utilized any service since the trial period. When I attempted to work with customer service to get my money back for a service I do not use, they flat out denied me. Shame on me for being in a hurry and not paying attention to that contract I signed. But for the company to show zero flexibility and common sense is unacceptable. Charging someone nearly six thousand dollars for a service they do not use is absolutely insane. Collecting my money on a technicality and not by actually conducting mutual business of money in exchange for services. They displayed to me that they are not a trustworthy company and do not have the ability to look at a situation fairly for their customers, I will absolutely never recommend this company, and in fact will be very actively steering my friends away from this service in the construction company. DO NOT USE THEM. Their competitors are much better, look up other options for construction software. #### Reasons for choosing Houzz Pro I didnt.
