The ease to get started with it and the interface and tools which make this product very suitable for both personal tasks management and professional task management.

Rich features - allows for time tracking on top of prioritization, and most common techniques (like Kanban) are included. I'm definitely keeping this as my personal tracker for the foreseeable future.

Among other very nice features, the priorization matrixes (ICE, Eisenhower etc), and the deep integration between multi-lane Kanban with Gantt views is a total  win for us.

I need to scroll all the way to the right to get to my to-dos in the timeline. There's no option (that I know of) that automatically shows the right view.

I like that is user friendly, that you can create different boards and assign tasks to different people.

I really like to have a quick answer from the support team of Hygger, they are always ready to help, they are very supportive.

Lack of reporting tools. Missing mutual synchronization between Road-map and boards.

The way tasks are linked right now requires individually going to each task, but since the functionality is already there, I can't imagine implementing bulk actions would be hard.

There are several reasons: it is very easy to use, you can easily use the scrum methodology, there are many pre-set templates and customer support is fantastic.

What I most like in it are the swimlanes. When the Zapier integration will be ready i will move in.

Lack of bulk actions is a fairly large negative.

Assigning and removing members for a board is so easy. We also liked the concept of guest users (and Hygger does not charge for it) who can be assigned to separate boards to give them project status.

A bit hard to get started. Import features are missing.

I REALLY don’t like the name sorry. It sounds very awkward and unappealing when I refer it to others.

The App is pretty bad in usability and a real painpoint. The reminder block everything.

Free version fully equiped, super customer care, really nice brand identity.

I would have started with a mindmap in freemind, then cut and pasted into Trello, but it's one way - changes in Trello are then not reflected in Freemind.

Zenkit is very affordable with a sleek interface that is very intuitive. There is excellent documentation for its many uses as well as video tutorials and blogs that are invaluable to new users.

Customer support is outstanding. There are also a lot of nice features, such as cross-referencing and formulas that are very handy.

User-friendly, easy to navigate, scalable. Various useful functionalities.

Love the simplicity to use and the short and easy learning curve. Every functionality is placed and working kind of intuitively.

We were a big wunderlist user and stopped as soon as we got wind that Microsoft was probably going to kill it. We tried Trello and had been using Gqueues and always been using Slack.

Some lack of proper documentation which makes it difficult to understand at first.

One obstacle I see is that every time I rolled on a new team member, I had to explain them how to do things and what are the tricks.

The ease of setting up collections for different areas of my work and life, the clean and streamlined interface, the ability for multiple collections, and the ability to assign levels of priority.

I also like that the same data can be looked as a List, Kanban Card (which is how we use it most) to making mindmaps, Calendar and Table. That helps for planning as well as looking at history.

But that's probably just my taste. Apart from this, I couldn't really find anything I disliked.

A very clean and clearly outlined project management software, that has many great features, integrations with a lot of other systems and offline access as well as apps.

As a student,Zenkit has the ability to organize academic projects very easy and free.

There is a lot of flexibility. It does a great job of allowing you to look at your data in different ways (e.g,, sorting, filtering, groups).

I like the ease with which we can use this software.

It's the best balanced, feature-full yet easy to use app of it's class. Usability is awesome, the level of integration is awesome.
