The email system is really poor with no hard integration just a forwarding system that doesn't really cut the mustard.

If you have a problem with Insightly, it will likely not be fixed.

I love the app version, and I am able to connect Insightly with other apps. It offers great value for the product, and customer support is good, and responsive.

The software graphics were somewhat childish initially, but they have updated the graphics over time.

We are still in the trial process, I couldn't find much things to dislike. Maybe pricing should be more flexible in terms of the needed features.

Had all the Crm and database features you could want. Good training and onboarding process and good pricing.

The lack of customer service is what lost them the sale.

Selected this software for a client and they love it. The dashboard is appealing and contact management is quite easy to navigate.

In short I would say all these features are good enough to maintain my workflow in a very stunning way.

How can you call yourself Customer Relationship Management if you can not manage email communication. Finally, beware the have a no refund policy.

You need to watch it first their tutorial if beginner because you might confuse while using it.

The drag and drop functionality seems a little more difficult than say other similar drag and drop functions like Tableau.

It was functional after frustration because of lack of support.

It is quite pricey for the intended market and the lack of office integration is a no no.

I like how easy it is to integrate Insightly with other software that I use, like Google Apps. This makes messaging easy.

It was easy to use and setup. I like that it was integrated with G Suites, which is how I found out about it in the first place.

So i got charged instantly with even having a trial which seems a very odd way to go about things in my opinion.

We've noticed that it does not automatically refresh notes entered which may just be a first world problem but is frustrating when working on a team.

To make it worse, Insightly has very weak customer service. You don't hear back from them for 24 hours and even then they use a help service that is full of noise and hard to follow.

In general I really like Insightly and would consider buying it, it is very easy to use and the customisation is amazing.

It has allowed us to successfully  engage  our working relationships with the clients in a more reliable way. I have also been performing project management tasks with this tool.

I liked that it was easy to search for our clients, but that was less easy after they did the big overhaul of the software.

Easily the most difficult aspect of the software is the inability to change certain core features. Specifically, the inability to add more than one email address (e.g., add a secondary).

Customer support staff of this platform is helpful enough to make all my queries worthy enough to be solved at the moment.

Very Economical Way To Create Great Looking Customized Diagrams/Charts.

I like that I can make any type of chart and it's super easy to use. I prefer this to any other ones I've used in the past.

I love that this program is easy to use - as someone who creates a lot of process maps and manages a lot of projects, Lucidchart is a wonderful too.

It's been a great tool for our team over the years to help colleagues put their ideas and processes into visual form.

This bad user experience could have been avoided by simply letting me know beforehand.

I have also categorized it my diagram type and project type. Lucid just allows you to configure anything you can think of and that is what makes it super powerful.

Very easy to use, fast to learn, and customer support is excellent. It's the best way of creating diagrams I've found.

Sometimes the arrows from one action box to the next get a bit wonky and crazy. Not the end of the world, but slightly annoying sometimes.

Visual communications are beautiful and the integrations available make me wish i was more successful in getting more of my company to make us of this great tool.

Support team is great (I'm Global admin for my company).

Really like Lucidchart - highly recommended - not software to install, easy to use - easy to share. Like Google Sheets or Google Docs for visuals.

So simple and intuitive to use. Layout is exceptional, and the ability to have high resolution print quality out of the gate is amazing.

My only complaint is that Lucidchart mixes notation from Crow's Foot and Chen's notation, making some aspects of the design slightly confusing based strictly on the theory of ERDs learned in class.

It is a great option to work because it is very important for us to have applications that we can integrate with the rest of the ones we use.

What I dislike the most is that it's hard to navigate within the document when you have a lot of elements. You cannot drag and move across the page.

Great amount of integrations which make it really easy to use on all my devices and different apps. Been around for long so it has many features and lots of examples.

Easy to accidentally mess up, which may be an issue on my own end but sometimes while drawing certian arrow types, it'd go in a weird direction.

What I really love is ease of use and multitude of features. Every time I wish I could do something, it turns out it's possible.

Super easy to use tool allowing for workflow charting, diagramming, and general designing. The prebuilt design items are great.

I like using this software as it allows me to create very nice looking graphics and at a cost much less than Visio.

I did a good amount of research on similar software, but this has been the best one to create org charts for what we needed.

I love the ease of sharing and collaborating on charts and documents. It is also very easy to create accurate diagrams and export them to pdf.

There are too many icons on the window. Fullscreen only hide an icon, which is odd.

The features I like most about this software is the easy set up and I can get going right away. The quick virtual tour is very helpful when it comes to knowing all the different available features.

The templates are great, so you don't have to start from scratch. Organising documents is easy, you can simply order your diagrams with folders and share them with others.

It is super easy to make a flowchart. It is also easy to share them with others through the various integrations and enterprise solutions.

Overall, we are pleased with the product and the interaction with their sales and support staff.

I particularly like all the AWS options they provide. I love how easy it is to share a chart once done.

It was rather smooth, but I would love to obtain the refund after the cancellation of my subscription.

It is also very affordable to use. Investing in Lucid would be a great idea since they care so much about their customers.

I particularly like the ability to create interactive charts that allow you to drill down into different aspects of a graphic, if you want to.
