  • Pros

  • Had all the Crm and database features you could want. Good training and onboarding process and good pricing.
  • Selected this software for a client and they love it. The dashboard is appealing and contact management is quite easy to navigate.
  • Cons

  • The email system is really poor with no hard integration just a forwarding system that doesn't really cut the mustard.
  • If you have a problem with Insightly, it will likely not be fixed.

  • Tracking tasks on projects are top of the line with this software. Reporting and additional features are constantly improving but much better than Microsoft Projects or Smartsheet.
  • Teamwork is a user friendly software that allows staff who are less experienced with project management to stay on top of tasks and due dates.
  • Cons

  • I thought this was a computer issue on my end, but other users talked about the same problem, so I would assume it's something Teamwork should look into.
  • Inability to import project file (XML or alike). E., to use project management software and upload the project to create tasks and subtasks with assignments and dates.
