  • Pros

  • The best thing about JobNimbus is the staff behind it. The customer service is outstanding.
  • I like the ease of use on the smartphone and simple to navigate.
  • Cons

  • I hate all the double and triple entries that have to be made. There are about 100 steps to put in an appointment with a new customer.
  • TERRIBLE mobile apps (IOS & Android). It's so bad our field guys have resorted to opening the desktop version on their browsers.

  • The ease of creating new projects and the ease to track my work on each project.
  • Easy to maintain control on activities and TS entry, very easy to upload from excel the TS. Native integration to download files in Excel format.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes, you cannot log in and therefore, you miss out the hourly recording and have to think later where hour was spent.
  • Last time I used their mobile app, it was so awful that I had to stop using it.
