Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Scheduling is great and easy to use. The systemisation use in our workplace has been excellent.

  • Love the messaging options, keeps communication easy

  • Cons

  • The back end of the site took a little while to learn. Settings and managing lists can be a bit confusing to find, but once you do, you don't forget it.

  • Sometimes a little glitchy with both apps and the website. I have had days where the lite app has crashed and we weren't able to find our schedule; however, it was quickly resolved.

  • Pros

  • Ease of use, the software is very customizable for your company. I really like the new chat feature. It make it really easy to get quick questions answered.

  • Company seems to be progressive in approach and interested in improvements. Overall pleasant experience. Customer service (although not as good as it was) is very attentive.

  • Cons

  • A bit pricey, but in the long term it pays off. A bit of a learning curve for users, so this would definitely be considered a long term investment for your company.

  • VERY difficult to learn and get used to the dynamics. It takes a lot of stick time to understand how things work and the best way of doing them.
