My favorite is the Project Control screen. From there, our project managers can drill down and get all the information they need in one quick and easy place.

Support has been very good to us. I would definitely recommend the person that is the main administrator of the program to attend at least one if not more of the Jonas conferences.

Jonas is a very powerful program. It is able to perform all accounting functions you would want it to and is very customization to your needs.

Jonas is an all encompassing financial/costing system. With total integration of each module, there is very little that can go wrong.

Inability to access some fields for custom reports. Some built in reports are poorly implemented.

As a person that deals with outside customers, it's ridiculous not to  be able to see what is in my pickable warehouse at the first glance. The cost of an item isn't connected to the PO.

We paid for add on modules that were never installed or followed up on, the training was inadequate, and the support was horrible.

The product is easy to use and support is always able to help out when necessary as well as the trainers involved with each system. Integration with our existing business processes has been easy.

This is a great all-in-one software for our industry.

PO system does not work like they told us it does. We can't put in a full invoice number from our vendors because of the character limit.

Many ideas are suggested and then implemented within a year (if they are truly useful). The customer support is always there and everyone does their best to rectify any issues.

Easy to review all quotes and confirmed business for accounts. Easy to navigate through, searching for information is somewhat easy.

Great flexibility once you learn how to use it.

I found it difficult to determine which reports would produce the information I was seeking. With time I have learned which reports and options provide the information I need.

We also have improved data entry with payroll due to upload capability from Field Time and eMobile.

It isn't the most effective user friendly software, but at the same time it definitely is not the worse; It is worth giving this software a shot. The more you use it, the easier and better it is.

Job costing module, especially for gross profit analysis. This is very robust module, and works amazing to analyze on a company basis  or at a job level basis.

The ease of creating new projects and the ease to track my work on each project.

Sometimes, you cannot log in and therefore, you miss out the hourly recording and have to think later where hour was spent.

Easy to maintain control on activities and TS entry, very easy to upload from excel the TS. Native integration to download files in Excel format.

Last time I used their mobile app, it was so awful that I had to stop using it.

Once in awhile, I'll forget to turn off a clock and continues to run. More of a user error than an issue with the software.

I started out using the free version but over time decided it would be nice to integrate the time tracking with the invoicing feature, so I upgraded.

The team is more than happy to help (customer support is A1) and this tool is well designed, easy to use, and in fact might be the best time tracker around. Perfect for freelancers.

I don't have to manually track my tasks anymore in Excel and worry about losing that master list.

Sometimes it is a little confusing to try and get reports set up.

I find it frustrating but no more so than the unanticipated changes every online service provider makes from time to time.

I have had a great experience with My Hours and I have integrated it with other software platforms that I use to seamlessly automate my project management.

I also enjoy the offline app integration that helps me to continue to track my time even when not connected to the internet for syncing when connected.

The free version is easy to navigate and lets me track all my hours and export them into an attractive, well organized spreadsheet.

Font appears too large, a lot of space on the screen seems wasted.

If you don't need integration with an external app, this is the best time tracker I've seen.

The best thing about My Hours is how little I have to think about it; it just works and for a very affordable price.

Re-using tasks for other projects can be difficult sometimes. I find I have multiple of the same task just assigned to a different project.

My Hours is a cloud-based time tracking solution that enables organizations to monitor employees working hours. The solution tracks time manages billing and assists in the scheduling of tasks.


It features client reporting, supervision of tasks performed by teams, planning budget by generating reports and invoicing of payments. My Hours project management module allows managers to create client specific projects, assign tasks and assign human resources to projects. In addition, the system allows managers to assign billing rates per project, task and employee required for a project.


The reporting feature helps the employee to schedule time and break down each task on an hourly basis and once the task gets completed it can be sent to the client through email.


My Hours dashboard analyzes and summarizes time spent by calculating billable time and billable amounts spent on each project. It also allows managers and team leaders to delegate tasks to team members in real-time and calculate costs for each employee. Support is available via email.
