My favorite is the Project Control screen. From there, our project managers can drill down and get all the information they need in one quick and easy place.

Support has been very good to us. I would definitely recommend the person that is the main administrator of the program to attend at least one if not more of the Jonas conferences.

Jonas is a very powerful program. It is able to perform all accounting functions you would want it to and is very customization to your needs.

Well worth the time and money you put into the software.

Plus, like I mentioned previously, their support team is great. The team is very quick and knowledgeable when it comes to fixing problems.

Jonas is an all encompassing financial/costing system. With total integration of each module, there is very little that can go wrong.

Inability to access some fields for custom reports. Some built in reports are poorly implemented.

As a person that deals with outside customers, it's ridiculous not to  be able to see what is in my pickable warehouse at the first glance. The cost of an item isn't connected to the PO.

We paid for add on modules that were never installed or followed up on, the training was inadequate, and the support was horrible.

The product is easy to use and support is always able to help out when necessary as well as the trainers involved with each system. Integration with our existing business processes has been easy.

This is a great all-in-one software for our industry.

PO system does not work like they told us it does. We can't put in a full invoice number from our vendors because of the character limit.

Many ideas are suggested and then implemented within a year (if they are truly useful). The customer support is always there and everyone does their best to rectify any issues.

Easy to review all quotes and confirmed business for accounts. Easy to navigate through, searching for information is somewhat easy.

Great flexibility once you learn how to use it.

I found it difficult to determine which reports would produce the information I was seeking. With time I have learned which reports and options provide the information I need.

We also have improved data entry with payroll due to upload capability from Field Time and eMobile.

It isn't the most effective user friendly software, but at the same time it definitely is not the worse; It is worth giving this software a shot. The more you use it, the easier and better it is.

Job costing module, especially for gross profit analysis. This is very robust module, and works amazing to analyze on a company basis  or at a job level basis.

Additionally, it's great that I can add screenshots and other helpful media to help the engineering team solve the problem.

It is a very reliable program with great backing (customer service support) and detailed processes that are easy to follow.

Slightly limited functionality relative to competition.

You can do a few clicks to move them, but the drag doesn't always work.

We use pivotal to track all of our engineering projects broken out into the different tasks.

It is so handy for planning out features, chores back and releases of a project. I also love the integration which Github which automatically finishes my tasks after committing.

The feature set is robust while the UI is intuitive. Our team has built some great product features by using Pivotal as our mode for keeping the team focused and aligned.

Sometimes i see too much information in my screen and i fell lost. The person who configures it must be very organized.

Adding blockers to other features is easy. The UI is not confusing and that makes for a more productive time.

Lack integration with version control or team collaboration platforms.

Pivotal tracker has a poor pricing structure and only be used in agile projects.

Excellent tool for keeping all team members focused on the backlog and it's easy to keep the backlog prioritized.

I use it on the daily with my team. It has been amazing so far and I havent had any complains with it.

Has a preset rules and branches and uses a lot of Sprint related terminologies. The UI UX is clean, gives a good idea of who is working on what task.

Great collaboration tools within the company. Their integration with GitHub/GitLab also really helpful for our engineering team to track the code implementation.

Helpful analytics views to track project trends and sprint velocity. Awesome email notification integration.

I love how simple estimates are on stories, how it tracks velocity, how easy it is to use and it's a great price point for my business.

Outside of the tool itself, the Tracker community and blog are great resources for best practices as well as learning about how other organizations are leveraging this tool.

The best addon provided is the velocity calculation for the sprint.

The structure of the tools helps to manage and track agile development cycles, the work is presented as stories that can be estimated and the work done on them can be tracked.

Clean and minimal user interface. Easy to use and get familiar with.

Helpful tips for search options. I think the color coding will be helpful once I get the hang of it.

I found that finding tickets once they were complete or lost in the backlog to be difficult.

Experience has been great so far. Another important thing to note is it's not UI heavy so it works better than other solutions of its kind.

Tracker is great value for the cost. Having visibility into which task is next in the queue and easily adjusting task priority when demands change is really helpful.
