In the workload planner view, we can determine who is working the most. I like the timer feature to track our developers and their billable hours. Cons: I think the email notifications are way too many unless you turn them off completely. I believe my largest complaint is how long it takes the scheduler to load due to the fact the data gets updated each time I scroll through the scheduler and honestly causes eye strain.
