For the cost, this is a great software. It does what it needs to do, ticketing.

Kaseya is a great tool not only to manage machines, but to also maintain them.

Its APIs are quite flexible and easy to integrate. The licensing model works well for a SAAS application.

Good, for smaller 1-5 man operations it is recommended as it is simpler to configure and thus being less time consuming overall.

I love the idea that we have a control on all pc in our company that installed the agent. Also the installation is not visible to users.

We use the VSA and BMS, hosted version of Kaseya, and the ability to access it anywhere is great, it's easy to gain remote access and set control.

BMS is a serviceable CRM at a good price, but leaves a few things to be desired.

The support team is amazing. They are always kind, patient and knowledgeable.

I find that the road map and RND were fantastic and that Kaseya is always improving their application for better workflows and productivity.

BMS is very reasonable priced CRM with some great features. It's easy to use, cloud based, and generates tickets directly from Kaseya's PSA.

Between it, VSA and IT Glue you get down to s single pane of glass concept. Having information available from all three inside BMS is powerful and saves time.

Converting from Autotask to BMS was a little bit of a challenge. We have a lot of integrations and it made the project management of our implementation difficult.

You get what you pay for, but a fraction of other PSAs.

Inventory tracking is bad to the point of non-functional, and lacks the ability to even transfer between locations. Feature request are not quickly addressed.

For a starting business BMS is very simple to setup and easy to use and just does what you need it to do.

We worked with the Kaseya team and got through it but the time to do so was about 2-3 times a normal roll out. Block hour contracts are really bad in BMS versus Autotask.

Tracking project progress and time is the only thing this is good for. Heaven forbid you forget something and you have to start all over.

If you are a small company, the assigning of resources can be frustrating, as we are an all hands on deck organization, so resources are often double booked, which can create confusion in OpenAir.

The software is fairly streamlined to be able to move quickly and process recurring tasks in such a way that non-accounting staff can be comfortable in the UI too.

The drop downs didn't toggle well and data would have to be refreshed all together to get the correct information in the drop down in case you wanted to see a different client.

NetSuite OpenAir is an excellent solution that combines a comprehensive approach with convenience.

The customer service is AWFUL - long waits to talk to people who are reading from a script. Their online help forum, SuiteAnswers, is equally bad.

OpenAir is user friendly and integrates with multiple in house systems.

It’s a great tool to manage projects, resources, submit timesheets and invoice clients.

It has a great repoting feature that provides great insights about the project progress.

Setting up the same timesheet over and over again is a bit of a chore. There is no memory of what you did the last time you used it.

Overall, we have been pleased with the performance and functionality, as well as the support response when needed has been great.
