Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love that this program is easy to use - as someone who creates a lot of process maps and manages a lot of projects, Lucidchart is a wonderful too.
- Really like Lucidchart - highly recommended - not software to install, easy to use - easy to share. Like Google Sheets or Google Docs for visuals.
- It's of course great for any kinds of charts too. The best product out there for charts really.
Cons
- What I dislike the most is that it's hard to navigate within the document when you have a lot of elements. You cannot drag and move across the page.
- My only complaint is that Lucidchart mixes notation from Crow's Foot and Chen's notation, making some aspects of the design slightly confusing based strictly on the theory of ERDs learned in class.
- This bad user experience could have been avoided by simply letting me know beforehand.
Pros
- It's always nice to make a decision after testing 15 solutions (felt like 1000) and feel confident that you've made the correct decision. I feel that way right now and wanted to share.
- This is a wonderful and useful program for any corporation and I would highly recommend it.
- It is easy to use and has great scalability. I am able to use it with a team that isn't the best with technology.
Cons
- There are not many, if any negative thoughts I have for this app.
- Sometimes when i start a problem report the page flips before I finish it.
- Notifications And annoying popping up every 2 seconds.
