Pros/Cons
Pros
- Love the product - helps with project management for small or large projects. The ability to change project tasks with ease and flexibility is good.
- The best feature of this software is the easy integration with other files and software. The features are easy to navigate making a seamless transition of working with documents in teams.
- Really wonderful and resourceful tool which helps track everyday progress and task and give a detailed report, also helps in future manning of activities.
Cons
- It is difficult to use for the first time and the documentation is confusing and unfriendly. There are very few tutorials from the manufacturer with which to learn the use.
- Long projects restrict you using the same file format and same program version. Have had problems while saving in never file formats.
- I did not find anything so far that troubles me about this software.
Pros
- It is super useful and important if you have a need to monetize your website without big issues.
- First of all, it got a great UI an UX, and it's very easy to understand. The budget and timeline features are great and so does the customer support.
- Really enjoy the system, nice and easy, I don't use all it it granted but what I do use is great. When they roll out re-occuring invoices then I'll be even more happy.
Cons
- Currently, I have to divide each item depending on how much it is to be charged.
- However, the pain of the learning curve was offset by the support we received.
- To many emails about stuff , im busy and i don't care , sorry no offence. Support timing sometimes annoying we are in NZ if i have a problem first thing , AUS not at work for 2 hours.
