You can easily add, edit and segment contacts. The projectplanning capabilities are also very nice Mokapen has a great customer service that is really there to answer questions. They really listen to the needs of the customers and use this import to directly improve their tool. I love the fact that they have a public roadmap so you can see what developments are yet to come. The tool is also very very reasonably priced. I would recommend it is you are starting out with CRM. #### Cons I like the fact that you could use the tool as a ticketing service. But I think it only works with registered users that also count towards your total user count for the account. For a ticketing system I'm not sure I would want customers having to create an account. I'm sure that for agencies looking for following up projects the way the tool works is fine. It was just not a fit with our business. Mokapen support is great! You can send them a message on the website and they almost always reply instantly. Unico inconveniente è che nel profilo free ci sono solo due utenti, problema facilmente superabile con l'acquisto della versione a pagamento! #### Reasons for switching to Mokapen Trello non ci forniva un "semilavorato" per la gestione dei lead inoltre i dati vengono memorizzati su datacenter non italiani, lo avevamo sostituito con deck con una installazione onprem integrata a Nextcloud. Gli altri CRM che ho utilizzato avevano n-mila funzionalità che non ho mai utilizzato, e non si potevano nascondere o disattivare. Poi ci ho messo veramente un'ora ad orientarmi e ad essere operativo. #### Cons Che non abbia ancora l'App. Anche se la UI è responsive e da smartphone riesco a fare tutto, con un'App sentirei di avere un prodotto più completo. #### Reasons for switching to Mokapen Non era minimamente all'altezza.
