It allows all users to work in a comfortable space where UI elements are clear and accessible. The point and click has been a huge help transitioning people to an automated solution.

Moovila supported our transition to a project process perfectly with an easy to use tool that allowed us to scale the features we introduced to users without requiring a PM degree.

AND we were able to do this while integrating with MS Teams so we were able to keep all project information in one place. The concepts and visualization are amazing.

They truly show the desire to be better than they are today, and want to make sure they are delivering on their promises with that.

If we talk about my overall experience, I can say it was great, but some features should be modify, such as price and customization.

One of the things that I liked most about Moovila was its ability to be integrated with other software.

The layout and design felt a bit cluttered and overwhelming, making it difficult to navigate and find the information I needed. Another aspect I wasn't fond of was the lack of customization options.

Moovila is helping us do just that. The first and most important way to accomplish this is through tighter planning and better forecasting and planning.

Customer support has been amazing to work with and the account managers work with you to help you ensure you know every step of how to set up your projects.

The report out feature is limited currently to either a snippet or jpeg file.

Needs functionality to change date format for international users. Difficult to ignore/hide proposed dates for a project schedule (debugger is intrusive to overall schedule/project view).

Not only is the software exceptional with what it can deliver, and who their target market is, but the people have been the best team to work with.

The support we have received from our initial contact through implementation and follow-up has been truly exceptional. We immediately recognized discrepancies within our scheduling and cost analysis.

Inability to load the details of other project plan software. Every vendor may have their software to run the project.

The only difficulty for me has been similar to anytime you have to combine two tools into one.

The system is easy to use, easy to setup, as well as great all around. The products are very customizable and task never go undone with push notifications sent to employees by Moovila.

Really like the critical path view as it really helps visualizing the succession of tasks. Can be used for project management, workflow management and simple task management.

The report feature was very confusing. I did not understand the directions.

It is all about flexibility and that is where Schedule it excels - if you cannot set up a feature that you want, the support services will help you out - we have found them to be second to none.

We are very satisfied with the overall ease of the software and the customer service, all of our questions are replied to promptly and all problems that have popped up have always been solved.

With that said, We had issues and they looked at the report and fixed the problem.

An excellent and user friendly system, with good telephone support if needed.

I don't like having to double filter everything.

Nice tool to schedule and delegate tasks to staff in an intelligent and punctual way.

You can also share content easily with stakeholders using Calendar view for engagement, approval, integrated demand planning etc. For me it is an all-in-one tool.

Love how easy is to use, didn't take long to get used to it and even the new staff finds it easy to learn.

What our office likes most about the software is its ease of use, it is not complicated to create resources, and the scheduling of the resources. The Software is very user friendly.

I love how easy it is to reschedule an event by dropping and dragging and this takes all the associated elements of the event with it.

We are a lot more time efficient now. Love how the customer service chat is available ANY TIME and responds very quickly, even to a stupidest questions.

We also are currently working on building a lab material resource. I am confident that this will be advantageous to our instructional staff.
