Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love all of the formatting options (to-do lists, tables, etc.) I also love that you can add some nice aesthetic features (custom header photos, icons, etc.) to each page to personalize it.
- What is there not to like. It's a brilliant app that is highly customizable, ensuring that you can meet the needs of your business, team and clients included.
- It has tons of cool features and an amazing dashboard for such a low price,which is why I would highly recommend this software to most people.
Cons
- Android app is terrible, to the point that I never even use it. Sometimes the "blocks" don't work as intended and you find yourself with pages split in two.
- It can be pretty slow to start up, and navigation has a lot of lag on mid-tier devices. Building and changing layouts can be difficult, and the offline functionality is sometimes limited.
- I could not stop thinking into turning more parts of my life into ordered processes. I dumped my yearly account on Evernote right away.
Pros
- It is very easy to use and it has numerous templates which are really nice visually. It is good that they vary according to the industry that one is looking to create a website for.
- What I like most about Wix is that the cost/benefit is fantastic. Very inexpensive website builder, that can...if done properly build beautiful websites.
- We have had amazing feed back about our website and other companies coming and asking what software we used because they loved it so much.
Cons
- The main issue I have with Wix is the price when compared to other Web hosts out there. The contract also auto renews without warning, which is very frustrating.
- I hate that you can only really edit your website on a laptop or desktop computer. Not being able to edit on my tablet is limiting and sadly, it may end up being a deal breaker.
- I was a little disappointed with the limitations of the website probably because as a coder you expect a lot more from a drag and drop website.
