Overall nTask has increased the productivity and transparency of my team. Every project and task for every team member is on nTask and they are responsible for their tasks.

The feature that was most helpful for my team was Meeting management. I could see easily what my team members were doing and if they needed my help anywhere.

One thing that bugged me was the coming soon featured sometimes took so long.

I tried out nTask for a free trial and It made my life a little bit easier. I'm just waiting to I get my next check so I can buy it.

Not time consuming. Easy didn't work with. Affordable. Essential for time management. Help you manage your time better. It's great for people that multitask and have a lot to do.

It's not free. That's about it. Seriously.

nTask is a nice software, but it just doesn't have the features for my specific needs.

It's inexpensive unlike most other software in the same category, and I like that nTask has good support.

I signed up to nTask mostly to use Gantt chart. I was disappointed that it isn't possible to view all the tasks across different projects in one Gantt chart. As a tiny business with limited resources, while juggling several projects, it would be very helpful to see how my time is spread across different projects simultaneously, rather than having to log into each project.

We love the tool and especially the support team with nTask. I was promptly helped every time I emailed and always had a very pleasant interaction with nTask staff. For the price and ease of set-up and use we went through three other brands of PM tools before landing on nTask. We are up and running and our staff loves it!

The software is very intuitive and easy to set up for new teams. Very adaptable to our needs and fits the bill for scheduling and keeping everything under one roof for project management

Would enjoy having ability to change the names of “boards”, “Tasks”, etc

Learning the time spent on projects has helped us hugely with time management.

I like that you can deep dive on your tasks, track parts of projects and also track your time spent on particular projects.

It took a little to get used to the functionality when we upgraded, but the customer service agents are very helpful and there to answer any questions.

It was great while it lasted, now I'm struggling to piece my schedule and recent activities together to start over in a new application that won't erase all my content.

The application is very intuitive and automates tasks when related to projects or other items.

I ogged in and all my content had disappeared. I submitted a help desk ticket for support and never got a response.

Use it for a short time. I was thinking of replacing Monday. But I didn't feel comfortable.

ntask is limited in its features compared to monday.

It makes it simple to plan and manage projects. Chat features promote team communication and collaboration.

Not suitable for a team of more than 50 people and the app lacks advanced reporting features.

Love it. Simple and easy to use. Boss uses Asana for the team, but I much prefer to use nTASK for my own work.

Love how I can keep track of my many projects and flag where each project is up to.

Since the beginning when we started our digital marketing business, Ntask was so impressive that still in the presence of many other project management platforms, we can't even think of migrating from this platform. The reason why Ntask is my favorite is because it is simple, user friendly & has a very professional interface plus customer support is very cooperative and always tries to resolve the issues as soon as possible. The projects can be shown in the "LIST" view which makes it more handy, because in my opinion "TILE" is kind of confusing when you have around 40-50 projects simultaneously. We can train any newbie about the usage of Ntask within a few minutes so this is another aspect why Ntask has an edge over other platforms in my opinion.

For desktop app it is 10/10, but for mobile app it is 5/10. Please work and improve the app for mobile too just like the desktop!

If you are the person for this question – Please help … We are having an issue with NTASK syncing among multiple users. For example, our Quote Que workspace is primarily shared/used by three individuals. On Friday one person made a task as ‘IN PROGRESS’ but the other users saw that same task as ‘NOT STARTED’ and began working on it. This caused it so that we had multiple people unknowingly working on the same task. We need a remedy for this – This problem is/was the whole reason we switched to NTASK. Shouldn’t NTASK be synced across all users? Can you help us fix this?

Good basic features, but could be improved by providing project managers a better understanding of time spent and costs on a project or task level.

Organization of projects and tasks are very intuitive, timesheeting is also a breeze.

Trying to get a grasp of cost centers and details on time spent by project or task is not available.

Working as a remote team requires proper organization. With the help of nTask, we can accomplish all our tasks with ease no matter where we are in the world.

It could have been better if you can customize the colors in the Task tabs to make it easier to find the project you are looking for.
