I've been extremely impressed with this software, and, especially the Customer Service provided.

Good work of the application, everything I needed I found.

Very user friendly with plenty options to customize status reporting to assist project team to work proactive way.

Customer Service was impeccable. Design and layout of the software on the Front end was easy to use.

Overall very happy with O3 and would recommend it to others that need to ensure their construction projects are managed efficiently and delivered on time.

03 is intuitive, clean looking and has many features that can supplement construction.

All the emails sent with every action are overwhelming and a distraction.

The ease of input of data into the pre-designed forms was not only intuitive but also very efficient when compared to our old ways-of-working (pen/paper).

The ability to customize the graphs, charts and widgets into nice clean dashboards.

Observations assigned to the wrong project cannot be reassigned in the O3 app.

There is no relationship between work package. For example, there is no relationship between CWP and IWP show in O3.

I don't have enough experience with the software to identify its weakness.

Great System that helps communication across various groups on the project in terms of raising and addressing the constraints.

Because I am just learning, I am not quite proficien. Due to the time lag since my last training, I am thinking I will have to re-do training again, or not.

This has helped tremendously in removing roadblocks on a huge project like TCO-FGP. Also, like that it is flexible system that has improved based on User feedback and needs.

Good Custom Visualization Function and Easy to Use.

The lack of functionality due to the software being in the early stages has limited our ability to utilize O3 to its full potential.

One of the things I like the most about O3 software is how easy it is to integrate with existing software packages my organization uses, such as Primavera P6.

The custom visualization function, the columns can be removed or added as per user preferences. I also like workflow function in O3.

I have them channeled out of my inbox and now worry that I miss the relevant that maybe O3 title.

Very positive, using mainly for constraints management, but I know the project has benefited from the Work Packaging functions as well.

There is sometimes confusion on whether to use the notes box or the comments box for the responses, perhaps that is down to training.

It is a great tool to implement  at the project level. It supports a philosophy of project integration.

The software is user friendly and works very well. All users seem to like the process and it makes things so much easier.

For simple users, sometimes it is difficult to find the tasks if you do not know exactly to which Sprint they apply.

IWP implementation within 03 would make it fantastic.

I like this app and was first introduced to it when I joined a technical support team. It is fast and reliable and has a nice interface which is easy to navigate.

I liked it because it has this great feature of integration with other software like google drive.

Love that it's user friendly and was very easy to set up. It is real easy to communicate with other team members.

Slack is refined, clean, and very user friendly. It integrates with many other tools in our stack and always offers a great experience.

The different channels help to keep conversations organized. The fun features make this instant messaging fun and add flair.

When te connection is down, the messages stay grey and after some minutes, they fail, so sometimes the internet connection come back and those failed messages are sent after the previous ones.

Overall, I'd say that once a company is used to the mechanisms and abilities of slack, it has the potential to do a lot of good. Once comfortable with it, it is quite efficient and enjoyable.

The best thing about Slack is the ease of use and the ability to communicate quickly and effectively across multiple teams/projects.

I love the feature that allows you to pin links to the header of a channel making it easy for others to access certain documents. In addition,  The Slackbot is a great help tool.

It's really useful, practical and easy to use. Great way to communicate and even fun because you can add your own emogi and use giphy.

It is super user friendly and able to navigate through the platform with ease. It has been money well spent and has helped our business flourish.

I recommend it to everyone I know. More people should use it! perhaps invest more on marketing so that it is more popular among crowds.

The best thing about this software is its easy to use and very useful functions. I love being able to select groups to notify or send announcements easy, essentially getting rid of email.

The only thing that I dislike is that I can easily get distracted by the notifications.

What is nice about slack is that you can have multiple channels based on what the communities interests are and that tagging people in messaging is really helpful.

After working in companies that used popular but non ideal instant messaging apps, having a solution as Slack for messaging the team is a lifesaver.

It has been a great experience, and customer service is helpful and friendly. It is the perfect software to keep in touch given the difficulties of 2020.

Overall it's good, fast and very user friendly once you start using it you will love this app.

Webhooks are incredibly useful. Custom emojis are great for teams to develop a fun atmosphere.

From keeping message history to other basic necessities, Slack charged for a lot of it. Comparing it to Discord, it cannot compete.

Super light and easy to use interface. Integration services with Google apps (Calendar, Sheets, etc) are excellent and seamlessly integrated into the conversations.

I love the look and how it is comfortable in the eyes. Functional in all aspects especially the integration with other apps that we use like Time Doctor and Asana.

You can easily confuse groups your in and comment something to the wrong team ( I've done it on many occasions) and confused the heck out of some coworkers.
