Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Great products, well designed and maintained. Very easy to access from anywhere. It has marginally improved in the last 1-2 years, now it's a simple pleasure to use.

  • it's simplicity and ease of use is what appeals to me as I use it many times each day The tools are easily understood as well. Keep up the good work.

  • Cons

  • Open sourced software is awesome but our biggest gripe at times was (at least for a few in the company) it was a little glitchy. Not often, but often enough for some of the team to notice.

  • There are not any that I can think of at this moment. It really is a superior product.

  • Pros

  • I like the ease of use, seamless integration with most major platforms, flexibility and value proposition.

  • I like that it has the capability to integrate with things like Salesforce and Jira, making it easier for users to complete multiple tasks in one spot.

  • Cons

  • the way to edit timesheets and projects, is a little bit confusing for someone who dealing with it for the first time.

  • If you enter a wrong amount on an expense, you have to delete the record and create a new one. Sometimes not all of the tasks for time entry show up so I have to wait to use it via the computer.
