Pros
- Tracking project progress and time is the only thing this is good for. Heaven forbid you forget something and you have to start all over.
- The software is fairly streamlined to be able to move quickly and process recurring tasks in such a way that non-accounting staff can be comfortable in the UI too.
Cons
- If you are a small company, the assigning of resources can be frustrating, as we are an all hands on deck organization, so resources are often double booked, which can create confusion in OpenAir.
- The drop downs didn't toggle well and data would have to be refreshed all together to get the correct information in the drop down in case you wanted to see a different client.
Pros
- Data is always accurate and well presented in a calendar format. The ability to move Trello cards with ease of drag and drop functionality makes this software a winner for our company.
- I love that it keeps me organized with all my projects and that it integrates with my Google calendar.
Cons
- One of the difficulties (aside from my lack of application) is with cards that are either ongoing or will take several discontinuous blocks of time.
- The biggest struggle with this software is the inability to use it on my phone easily.
