Planning for our projects with OpenProject has been effortless because of the task scheduling features like Gantt charts. Creating project dashboards is also easy and they allow us to display all key information about our projects to keep everyone up to speed. We tried OpenProject to track the progress of our research projects, which are distributed in nature as they are composed of different partners in different institutions. OpenProject is a solid solution for that, easy to use and with a rich set of features. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros It was super fast to insert and organize the tasks/milestones for our project. The interface is so intuitive that we didn't even need to take the introductory tutorial. This lowers the adoption effort for all members of a team and therefore makes it more likely for them to be consistent users, rather than stopping updating the project after a while. The board feature is complete and useful to have. #### Cons The only thing we didn't find so intuitive was how to export the graphical representation of the GANTT chart, which we might want to have to put in presentations & co.
