  • Pros

  • The product is beautiful, responsive, easy to use and it has A TON of great features. Also the support team is super friendly and I have always gotten responses within a few minutes.
  • The interface is superb. I'm glad they updated the calendar view to allow one to schedule tasks in a similar way that a calendar works.
  • Ora is probably the best project management tool for software development that I could ever imagine. It is so powerful, has the best UX out of any PM software I've used and is light and fast.
  • Cons

  • One of the few things I dislike about Ora is the Projects tab organization. I got frustrated trying to take out a couple of projects that were mysteriously put inside an "Archived" folder.
  • The lack of recurring tasks is a sore point for our entire team, as well as a number of bugs which occur during a search.
  • Moving the Projects from an Organization to another or even moving them inside the Organization itself is really frustrating. I wish it could be done by just dragging and dropping.

  • This is a great tool that has been very good for us because I like that it has a browser version, an app version, and a mobile app. Plus the platform is convenient to use and has few to no glitches.
  • Pleasure experience working with this software, we have modernize on how we managing our project and we can get a real-time progress tracking after using Wrike.
  • The ability to customize dashboards and workflows is perfectly suited to our specific needs.
  • Cons

  • There is no warning system that reminds you of your pending tasks, and you only see them if you go into the app.
  • I've been very sad and puzzled at the disconnect from what project planning and project management is, and the lack of desire to connect or find a solution for prospective customers.
  • The free option is very limited. No time tracking, no option for subtasks, and very limited storage included in.
